"Shanxi-Shaanxi Canyon" Integrated Publishing Project Design Planning Research

The publishing industry is an industry depending on content innovation and technical support.In recent years,with the new technological revolution,this industry has made a breakthrough and ushered in an era of diversified reading modes.On-line publishing,e-book publishing,mobile publishing and other publishing modes have emerged one after another,thus a new industrial cluster came into being,which has an impact on people's vision and reading experience.Digital reading has been loved by more and more people and become a mainstream reading mode.With regard to the whole publishing environment,digital publishing brought about a severe impact to and imposed a great pressure on the publishing industry.Does paper publication have the value to exist?How can it win for a tiny place in a wave of digital publishing?What's its direction in the future?These issues require in-depth meditation.The present study focuses on "the Shanxi-Shaanxi Gorge" integrated publishing project to address these issues.Under the background of "integrated publishing" with the integrated publishing project themed "culture+tourism" as the entry point,the present study introduces the deep integration mode of "the Shanxi-Shaanxi Gorge + publishing" to develop an all-media product creative development chain;by depending on this chain,10 volumes of series books will be finally published and a range of diversified digital platforms such as mobile network public service platfonn,Internet resource platform,WeChat public service and audio/video data resource libraries.In addition,comprehensive contents are provided to readers by using digital means and the Internet advantages,so as to bring new growth source for publishing houses.The ultimate aim of the study is to make a breakthrough for the traditional publishing houses to survive and develop in the context of new reading mode through probing of an individual case.The present study includes eight parts,i.e.introduction,feasibility analysis on the project construction,book publishing plan,digital service platform construction plan,project management and implementation team,prospective earnings of integrated publishing project,profit pattern and conclusion to expound the "the Shanxi-Shaanxi Gorge" integrated publishing project.It is hoped that a new path of integrated development will be provided for the traditional publishing and related fields through active exploration on the integrated development project in its implementation.
