Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yinhu Shumin Spray In The Treatment Of Patients With Blood-heat And Wind-excited Sensitive Skin

Objective:By studying the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yinhushumin spray on patients with sensitive skin,blood,heat and wind,and follow-up evaluation of its long-term recurrence and efficacy,in order to provide ideas for the development of medical skin care products of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment of sensitive skin.Methods:Ninety patients who met the diagnostic criteria for sensitive skin of blood heat and wind type were selected.All patients used Yinhu Shumin spray,which was cleaned and cleaned before going to bed in the morning and at night,and applied 0.2ml twice a day,evenly covering the face,and patted until fully absorbed.Adopt the self-control method before and after the study and analysis of transepidermal water loss,cuticle moisture content,score and positive rate of lactic acid tingling test,facial skin lesion score and subjective symptom score before the treatment,at 4 weeks,and 8 weeks after treatment.Four follow-up observations were performed after the end of the treatment course(1 month,3 months,6 months,1 year after the end of the treatment course),and the time,frequency,and factors of recurrence were analyzed and evaluated.Results:1.The difference of effective rate between 4 weeks of tr eatment and 8 weeks of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Their effective rate were respectively 5 3.09%and 67.90%.2.There was statistically significant difference of the posit ive rate of lactic acid tingling test between 4 weeks of treatme nt and 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Their positive rate of lac tic acid tingling test were 4 8.1 5%and 30.86%respectively.3.Compared with those before the treatment,there was no statistic ally significant difference of the score of skin lesions,transepide rmal water loss(TEWL),and skin moisture when treating 4 weeks(P>0.05).But the difference of the score of subjective symptom s and the score of lactic acid tingling test was statistically sig nificant,which was lower than before the treatment.4.After 8 we eks of treatment,there was statistically significant difference of the score of lactic acid tingling test,the skin lesion score,subj e ctive symptom score,TEWL,and skin moisture compared with tho se before the treatment(P<0.05).And the first four were lower than those before treatment while the latter was increased.5 Follow-up 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year after the end of the treatment course,the recurrence rates were 8.45%,13.85%,11.11%,and 10.17%respectivelyConclusion:Yinhushumin spray has a good clinical effect in treating sensitive skin.It can promote to repair skin barrier while improving patients’ symptoms,and can improve the quality of life of patients with sensitive skin to a certain extent.It contributes to the development of traditional Chinese medicine-type medical skin care products and the treatment of sensitive skin provide a reference basis,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
