| Objective: To observe and analyze the effect of treatment spray on acute ankle sprain,quantitative score of soft tissue injury,Takakura,and the clinical effect of treatment spray on acute ankle sprain.Methods: From October 2020 to March 2022,79 cases of Chinese and Western medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,44 cases and 35 cases,on the basis of routine treatment,treatment spray,and evaluated before,1 week and 2 weeks after VAS score,4 weeks after treatment Section function score.Results:(1)VAS score: the VAS score of the two groups decreased with the treatment progress,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups;(2)quantitative score of soft tissue injury: the quantitative scores of the two groups decreased,better than correct According to the group,after 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups were not different;(3)Takakura ankle function score: the VAS score of the two groups decreased with the treatment progress,the difference was statistically significant,group comparison: the treatment group and control group,2 weeks of treatment,and no difference after 4 weeks of treatment.Conclusion: According to the feedback data of this trial,injury treatment spray has significant effect in the treatment of acute ankle sprain,which is generally better than snow flower liniment,and has good safety,and is worthy of clinical use. |
