| ObjectiveTo observe and compare the throat symptoms and signs of intervention changes of the patients, who were with chronic laryngitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis, treated by different methods before and after treatment, aimed to explore the clinical efficacy of traditional chinese medicine comprehensive treatment of chronic laryngitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis, while VHI-10scale by means of voice analysis and understanding of the parameter values voice their quality of life and improve the situation. This preliminary study was designed to explore the best ways to treat chronic laryngitis, chronic laryngitis for future combination therapy treatment provided new ideas.MethodsTo select120patients consistent of chronic laryngitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis (chronic laryngeal yin) diagnosis, this study used a prospective non-randomized controlled trial,120patients were collected into four groups, namely the treatment group and3control groups,30in each group. Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment for the treatment group, which used Hui Yan Zhu Yu Decoction and Houning spray agent combined voice training nebulized therapy, the control group1used the Hui Yan Zhu Yu Decoction and Houning spray agent treatment, control group2used Hui Yan Zhu Yu Decoction combined with voice training treatment, the control group3used Hui Yan Zhu Yu Decoction only.28days for a course of treatment, follow-up once every seven days, while records of all patients diagnosed during the first day of treatment seven days, the first14days, the21st day and the symptoms and signs of change in28days. Line carried VHI-10scores after the first day of the first visit and treatment, the computer voice analysis. The results before and after treatment were compared using different methods PASW Statistics18.0package database for statistical analysis, P<0.05was considered statistically significant.ResultsPrior to the study, there was no significant statistic difference among the4groups. Age, gender, disease duration, disease and various indicators of the differences observed between the four groups before treatment were not statistically significant, comparable. By comparing the change in the primary endpoint, the results showed that the total effective rate of the4groups was rarely statistically significant difference (P>0.05), but the effects of the4groups of classification, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), suggesting that the treatment group markedly effective rate is relatively higher than the other3control groups. Meanwhile, the treatment group and the control groups voice Disability Index Scale (VHI-10) score and vocal scores before and after comparison and analysis of the parameter values between the groups were relative improvement group, the difference of the4groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine comprehensive treatment on chronic laryngitis with qi stagnation and blood stasis was exactly, and can significantly improve the perceived level of voice disorders and voice quality patient worthy of promotion. |
