The Curative Effect Observation Of Bufei Huaxian Decoction In Treating Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing The Lung

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Bufei Huaxian Decoction in the treatment of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis(IPF)patients with both qi and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis blocking lung syndrome,so as to provide more evidence for clinical application Reveal the characteristics of TCM treatment of this disease.Methods:Thirty-four patients with lung deficiency syndrome of qi and yin deficiency and phlegm stasis and obstructive lung syndrome that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The control group was treated with pirfenidone.The treatment group was supplemented with supplements.Feihuaxian Decoction,the course of treatment is 3months,followed up for half a year.Observe the changes of symptom score,lung function test,6-minute walk test(6MWT)and other indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:1.Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total clinical effective rate(93.33%)in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(60.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Evaluation of the change in the main symptom score:After treatment,the main symptom score was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The change in the main score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).3.Evaluation of changes in single symptom scores:The difference between the treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference between the control group before and after treatment(P <0.05).Comparing the difference between the two groups before and after treatment,the value of the cough score of the treatment group was higher than In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Pulmonary function evaluation:Both the treatment group and the controlgroup can improve the pulmonary function(RV,DLco%)levels of the patients after treatment,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01);there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment.Statistical difference(P>0.05),suggesting that the two groups have comparable effects.5.Evaluation of exercise tolerance:The comparison between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the 6-minute walking distance increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After comparison between the two groups,the treatment group had a higher walking distance than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.Significance(P<0.05).6.Safety evaluation:There were no significant adverse reactions in the treatment group in this study.Conclusion: This study shows that Bufei Huaxian Decoction Combined with pirafenidone has a good effect in treating IPF deficiency of qi and yin and phlegm stasis and obstructing lung syndrome,which is better than western medicine alone.It can obviously relieve the symptoms of patients,especially in cough,improve lung function and exercise tolerance.
