Clinicial Observation On 60 Cases Of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Treated By Danbeiyifeidecoction With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blocking Collateral And Deficiency Of Qi And Yin

Objective: Through clinical research,observing the clinical efficacy and safety of "Danbei Yifei Decoction" in treating IPF with phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and deficiency of both qi and yin,and to providing reference and guidance for clinical popularization.Methods: IPF is a rare disease,and it is difficult to collect clinical cases.Therefore,this study adopted the method of single-arm clinical trial,including 60 patients with IPF,phlegm and blood stasis blocking collaterals and deficiency of both qi and yin,and 4 patients fell off due to epidemic situation.Finally,56 patients were treated with self-made Danbeiyifei Decoction for 8 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms,lung function indexes(TLC,VC,MVV,DLCO),St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)scores and 6-minute walking distance test(6-minute walking distance,6MWD),pulse oxygen saturation(Sp02%),dyspnea score and chest HRCT score,and the clinical effect of Danbeiyifei Decoction on IPF was observed.At the same time,the blood routine and liver and kidney function of patients were detected before and after treatment to evaluate the safety of Danbei Yifei Decoction in treating IPF.Spss 26.0 software was used to statistically analyze the collected data before and after treatment,and whether it was statistically significant was calculated according to statistical knowledge.Results:1.TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms,shortness of breath,wheezing,cough,expectoration,fatigue and spontaneous sweating were all lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01);After treatment,the symptom score of cyanosis was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Pulmonary function: After treatment,TLC was higher than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);After treatment,MVV and DLCO were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in VC before and after treatment(P > 0.05).3.SGRQ score and 6MWD: SGRQ score after treatment was lower than that before treatment,6MWD increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.SpO2: Sp02% after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).5.Dyspnea score: After treatment,the dyspnea score was lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Chest HRCT score: After treatment,the chest HRCT score was lower than that before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).7.Safety analysis: before and after treatment,the blood routine and related indexes of liver and kidney function were within the normal range.Conclusion: Danbei Yifei Decoction can improve the TCM symptoms of patients;Danbeiyifei Decoction can improve TLC,MVV and DLCO levels of lung function of patients.
