Clinical Observation Of Yifei Decoction In Treating Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Yifei Decoction combined with pirfenidone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis of qi deficiency and blood stasis type,provide new theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis,improve the quality of life of patients with pulmonary fibrosis,and improve the prognosis.Methods: The 34 clinical observation cases were divided into treatment group(17cases)and control group(17 cases)by simple randomization.The treatment group was treated with Yifei Decoction and Pirfenidone,while the control group was treated with Pirfenidone for 3 months.The comprehensive curative effect,total score of TCM symptoms,blood oxygen saturation,chest HRCT score,dyspnea degree,6-minute walking distance and other indicators of the two groups of observed cases before and after treatment were compared,and the scoring criteria were made based on the relevant contents of the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines,and the medical statistics were processed and the curative effect was evaluated.Result:1.Finally,a total of 30 patients successfully completed the clinical study,including 15 in the treatment group and 15 in the control group.Among them,1 case was dropped out of the follow-up,2 cases did not insist on taking medicine and 1 case was excluded from taking hormone(see Table 4 for details).2.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,course of disease and other demographic data(P>0.05),which was comparable;There was no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms,blood oxygen saturation and other observation indicators(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.After treatment,the two groups of patients had comprehensive curative effect,total score of TCM symptoms,blood oxygen saturation,degree of dyspnea,and6-minute walking distance,intra-group comparison showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in chest HRCT score and score increase(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant change in imaging characteristics of pulmonary fibrosis in the two groups after treatment.5.Safety evaluation: there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion: Yifei Decoction combined with Pirfenidone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has a good effect on the total effective rate,symptoms,physical signs,blood oxygen saturation,dyspnea,and exercise tolerance,without obvious side effects,and has certain clinical recommended value.
