Purpose: The morbidity of IPF Showed a trend of rising year by year. Traditionalchinese medicine in the treatment of IPF diseases has obvious advantages. And patients withpulmonary rehabilitation can improve athletic stamina and improve quality of life.So toexplore a reasonable and effective pulmonary rehabilitation scheme of traditional Chinesemedicine is especially feasible for the treatment of IPF.Method: Conform to the conditions of66patients with IPF which were divided into2groups (treatment group and control group) randomly. The2groups were given toZhuyangtongbi Decoction orally with exercise therapy and simple application toZhuyangtongbi Decoction oral treatment.The usage of traditional chinese medition:decoctwith water300ml,150ml every time and twice a day. Continuous the therapy for4weeks;The traditional chinese medicine from Jilin Province Chinese Medicine Hospital in thepharmacy uniform decoction. The statistical processing has no significant difference and arecomparable.Result:There was obvious difference between the treatment group and control group inimprove the palpitations shortness of breath and fatigue in patients with symptoms,whichcan enhance the endurance of the movement of patients and dyspnea scores. The two groupscan improve cough and expectoration symptoms obviously. But there was no obviousdifference between them. Between the two groups there was no obvious differences in totaleffective.It may be associated with that the treatment time is too short. Yet to be furtherobserved treatment effect in the longer treatment time.Conclusion: Zhuyangtongbi Decoction with exercise therapy has the more obviouslycurative effect in clinical symptoms improved than Oral Chinese medicine treatment alone inthe treatment of IPF under the guidance of Lung and kidney deficiency, cold and blood stasisresistance network, It can improve the patients quality of life obviously and no negativeeffects.It is worth to research and promote.
