Research On The KPI Performance Appraisal System Of Kunming Private G Hospital

With the rapid development of China’s health care industry and the continuous reform of the national health care system,private hospitals are facing increasingly fierce market competition.In order to survive and develop better,private hospitals need to constantly improve the technical level of medical care and provide high-quality services.At the same time,they also need to pay attention to performance management,optimize the process and improve efficiency.Under the existing company management system,how to improve the operational efficiency and service quality of the hospital,and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of the hospital,has become an important issue related to the survival and development of the hospital.This paper focuses on key performance indicators(KPI),hospitals,performance appraisal and other key content,search and collect relevant literature materials,study the application of KPI theory in hospital performance appraisal system,find the breakthrough point of performance system construction.Through face-to-face interview,this paper analyzes the main problems and causes in the current performance evaluation of Kunming private G hospitals,and connecting with the actual situation of Kunming private G hospitals,uses qualitative and quantitative analysis methods such as personnel data analysis,literature research,Delphi method to determine the impact of Kunming private G hospitals.Key performance indicators and their weights,and designed the KPI performance evaluation system of Kunming private G hospital.Finally,the paper discusses the practical application,key steps and performance feedback of KPI performance evaluation system in Kunming private G hospital.The research of this paper can promote the performance appraisal of Kunming private G hospital,and the conclusion can be used for reference in the construction of the performance appraisal system of private medical institutions with the same background.
