| With the improvement and adjustment of medical and health system in our country,different types of medical institutions are developing and expanding.As one of them,private hospitals are facing more and more competition from others on industry,and pressure for survival and sustainable development is higher than before.As an important link of the hospital management system,the effect of performance appraisal for hospitals is gradually increasing.The performance appraisal has always been a puzzle for the progress of private hospitals.The traditional performance appraisal system is too general and vague,it is unable to clearly reflect the work behavior of medical staff and work results,and even less incentive to staff.How to establish an efficient and applicable employee performance appraisal system is the key to ensure the good development of private hospitals.For the questions above,this paper takes DN stomatological hospital employee performance appraisal system as the research object.Firstly,it summarizes the research situation of performance appraisal and employee performance appraisal system at home and abroad,and summarizes the research methods and related theories of performance appraisal system design,providing the theoretical basis for future research.Secondly,it introduces the current situation of DN stomatological hospital and the current employee performance appraisal system.This paper expounds the problems and causes of employee performance appraisal system of DN hospital at present,and then designs a complete employee performance appraisal system based on Balanced Scorecard for DN stomatological hospital by using the relevant theories and knowledge achievements of performance appraisal system and referring to the design principles of performance appraisal system.DN hospital can design the corresponding salary standard according to the results of the performance appraisal system designed in this paper.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of reasonable and efficient performance appraisal system,this paper puts forward some safeguard suggestions to DN hospital on human resources,organization and management.This paper includes the following parts: Part one is the introduction,including the research background,significance and content of this paper.Part two is the theoretical foundation of performance appraisal.Part three describes the basic situation and the current staff performance evaluation system of DN stomatological hospital.Part four describes the improvement design of staff performance appraisal in DN stomatological hospital.Part five is the guarantee proposal.Last part summarizes the whole paper. |
