In recent years,the health system of our country has experienced many great reforms,and the competition in the domestic medical market is becoming more and more intense.As the country continues to liberalize the supervision of the medical industry and increase the proportion of social medical service in the whole medical system,the degree of“Marketization”of the medical industry has gradually increased.In order to meet the national policy and market competition,each medical institution continuously improves its own operation mode,management system and evaluation method.As the experimental field of National Policy Implementation,the performance reform of public hospitals has been carried out several rounds of attempts.At present,the performance pay reform of three-level public hospitals at the provincial,prefectural and municipal levels has made great progress.As a private medical institution,it is necessary to keep up with the times,abandon the previous management ideas,and keep innovating,so as to improve the clinical medical quality and service level,and keep the competitive power in the market.Performance Management,as an advanced management tool,has been promoting the service quality and efficiency of medical industry since the introduction of reform and opening-up.In recent years,the advanced performance management method is the innovation,unceasingly changes,gradually permeates to the hospital management each link.The establishment of performance management system provides a powerful impetus for the hospital to enhance its own strength and promote its healthy development.Performance Management,as an advanced management tool,has been promoting the service quality and efficiency of medical industry since the introduction of reform and opening-up.In recent years,the advanced performance management method is the innovation,unceasingly changes,gradually permeates to the hospital management each link.The establishment of performance management system provides a powerful impetus for the hospital to enhance its own strength and promote its healthy development.Taking the evaluation of clinical nurses in W hospital as an example,this paper understands the advanced performance evaluation methods and successful cases in the same industry at home and abroad through literature research;Find out the problems in the current situation of assessment by means of questionnaire,meeting discussion and analysis,and use tools such as fishbone diagram and Plato to explore the key causes of problems and carry out targeted reform;Finally,a set of performance appraisal scheme in line with the current actual situation of W hospital is designed.The clinical nursing staff of W hospital accounts for about 1 / 3 of the staff of the hospital.The work efficiency and quality of nursing staff are one of the core factors that determine the competitiveness of a hospital.Therefore,through analysis,this paper designs more reasonable and applicable performance indicators,which will fully stimulate the work enthusiasm of clinical nurses,greatly promote the improvement of service quality and work efficiency of clinical nurses,fully reflect the labor value of each nursing post,and stabilize the nursing team of the hospital to a certain extent.
