Professor Wang Xingkuan's Research On The Treatment Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective: To summarize the syndrome differentiation and medication characteristics of professor Wang xing-kuan in the treatment of chronic gastritis,and to explore his inherent academic concepts and experience through studying of his previous clinical cases of chronic gastritis.Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of medical cases,the outpatient cases of Professor Wang xing-kuan treated chronic gastritis from September 2016 to December 2018 were collected.Microsoft Office Excel 2010 was used to establish a database to analyze the general information,symptoms and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in medical cases.Frequency analysis method was used to obtain frequently observed and high-frequency drugs,and classified the taste,meridian and efficacy of the statistical drugs.IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software was used to model the high frequency drug pairs with Apriori model for correlation analysis,and IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 software was used to analyze the highly correlated drug pairs and core cluster groups,and combined with Professor Wang’s actual clinical situation.By analysis,it was concluded that Professor Wang xing-kuan’s treatment of chronic gastritis syndrome rule.Results: Among the 154 patients,65 were males and 89 were females.The syndromes of TCM syndrome differentiation were mainly liver-stomach qi stagnation,liver-stomach heat depression,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and spleenstomach qi deficiency.In terms of drug use,the traditional Chinese medicines with a frequency of more than 10% have 34 flavors,such as lily,Bupleurum Root,Perilla leaf,Scutellaria Root,citrus aurantium,Radix pseudostell,Atractylodes rhizome,malt,rice bud,white peony,Rhizoma Corydalis,Fructus Toosendan and Baked Licorice.The efficacy includes 12 categories,such as tonify deficiency medicine,regulating qi medicine,relieving exterior disorder medicine,promoting digestion and appetite medicine,and heat-clearing medicine.The drug property is mainly warm,flat and cold,and the drug taste is mainly bitter,sweet and bitter.Drugs are mostly attributed to the spleen,lung,stomach,and liver meridian.There were 4 pairs of high frequency key drugs,such like Perilla leaf-lily,malt-rice bud,Fructus Toosendan-Rhizoma Corydalis,Bupleurum Root-Scutellaria Root.There are 7meaningful cluster analysis groups.One core prescription was obtained throughanalysis,and the core basic prescription was composed of: Bupleurum Root,Scutellaria Root,Radix pseudostell,citrus aurantium,lily,and Perilla leaf.Six empirical squares were obtained by extending the core prescription.Conclusion:(1)Professor Wang believes that chronic gastritis comes from the stomach,which is closely related to the liver,spleen and lung,and disordered qi movement syndrome is the key to pathogenesis.(2)In the treatment of chronic gastritis,Professor Wang attaches importance to the interaction among the zang-fu organs and advocates the treatment of soothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach,strengthening the function of lung to restrain the liver not to be restless,treating spleen and stomach simultaneously,and it is necessary to dispel phlegm and dissipate stasis after long illness.(3)The common clinical syndromes are liver-stomach qi stagnation,liver-stomach heat retention,liver depression and spleen deficiency,and syndrome of dampness-heat in the spleen and stomach.The pairs of high frequency key drugs were Perilla leaf-lily,malt-rice bud,Fructus Toosendan-Rhizoma Corydalis,and Bupleurum Root-Scutellaria Root.The core basic prescription for the treatment of chronic gastritis consists of: Bupleurum Root,Scutellaria Root,Radix pseudostell,citrus aurantium,lily,and Perilla leaf.(4)Professor Wang xing-kuan’s treatment of chronic gastritis reflects his academic concept of "treating liver with miscellaneous diseases,differentiating microscopic syndromes,and regulating multiple viscera ”.
