| ObjectiveTo find the correlation between gastric mucosal lesions in patients with chronic gastritis, Hpinfection and tongue diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine, syndrome differentiation and toprovide reference for Chinese medicine treatment of chronic gastritis, we collected theendoscopy performance and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori. Hp) infection of chronic gastritispatients and classified the syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine based on clinicalmanifestations and tongue manifestation.MethodsEpidemiological survey methods was adopted and production scale was made to collectrelevant information of hospitalized chronic gastritis patients from Jiangmen Wuyi Hospital ofDigestive Diseases Branch. The information consists of the gender, age, clinical symptoms, tongue manifestation, endoscopy observation, Hp infection, etc. Establishment of a database, using SPSS17.0statistical software, and the chi-square test was used for statistical analysis.Summarize the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of chronic gastritis, and analyze its correlation with age, gender, HP infection, endoscopic manifestations,histopathology.Results1. The proportion of each traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types: dampness-heat ofspleen and stomach (50.65%)>liver-stomach disharmony (20.12%)>weakness of the spleenand the stomach (16.23%)>stagnated blood of stomach meridian (7.14%)>stomach-yindeficiency (5.84%)2. There were118patients infected with Hp, in the154cases of chronic gastritis patientsand the infection rate was76.62%. The Hp infection status: dampness-heat of spleen andstomach (82.05%)>stagnated blood of stomach meridian (81.82%)>liver-stomach disharmony(80.65%)>stomach-yin deficiency (77.78%)>weakness of the spleen and the stomach (48%) 3. Types of tongue manifestation sort by Hp infection rate from high to low: the yellowgreasy>the thin yellow>the white greasy>the desquamation>the thin white4. Glandular atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of each traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome of chronic gastritis was not statistically significant.5. There was no significant correlation between the ratio of traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome and performance of endoscopy. There was no significant correlation between tonguemanifestation and performance of endoscopyConclusionThere is a certain correlation between Hp infection and dampness-heat of spleen andstomach syndrome, and the Hp-infected patients with chronic gastritis should emphasize clearingdampness-heat in spleen and stomach while using Chinese medicine treatment. |
