| Part One: Analysis on Composition Rules of Prescriptions in theTreatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis by using the TCMInheritance Support System by contemporary doctors.Objective: To explore the composition rules of prescriptions in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis based on traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support platform(V2.5)software by contemporary doctors.It can lay the foundation for further development of new drugs.Methods: To have data mining of Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis based on TCM inheritance.support platform(V2.5)software in the full text database of Chinese journal,Chinese VIP journals database,Chinese periodicals in Wanfang database from 2007 to 2016.We use these methods to analyze the prescription characteristics of contemporary doctors in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Results: Through the analysis of the 439 prescriptions,the results showed that 219 drugs were used,the first 5 of the traditional Chinese medicine was as follows:glycyrrhiza uralensis,coptis chinensis,pinellia ternata,atractylodes macrocephala and bletilla striata.By the analysis of four characters,cold and warm drugs were used most.By the analysis of five flavours,bitter medicine was used most.The analysis of the channel tropism showed a higher frequency of spleen,stomach and lung.Selected the appropriate support(40)and confidence(0.9),and then clicked the rule analysis button by association rules,and then exported 7 rules.We extracted a combination of 13 new prescriptions in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis by using entropy hierarchical clustering method.Conclusions:1 Contemporary doctors mostly use the method of invigorating spleen and removing dampness to treat chronic erosive gastritis,properly dispatch the drugs with opposite nature,simultaneously supplement and attack,and pay attention to the use of drugs in the spleen,stomach,lung,widely use of drugs.2 The use of TCM inheritance support platform(V2.5)software achieves the prescription of the input,It has important significance to the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescription law and find a new prescription.It also has a certain guiding significance to the modern clinical treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Part Two: Analysis on Composition Rules of Prescriptions in theTreatment of Chronic Erosive Gastritis by using the TCMInheritance Support System by Professor Wang Yangang.Objective: To explore the composition rules of prescriptions in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis based on traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance support platform(V2.5)software by Professor Wang Yangang.It can provide an objective and systematic statistical classification and analysis method,and also can provide a new idea and reference for the clinical treatment of chronic erosive gastritis.Methods: To have data mining of Traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis based on TCM inheritance support platform(V2.5)software by Professor Wang Yangang in Hebei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient clinic from 2013 to 2016.Professor Wang Yangang's experience and the new prescription in the treatment of chronic erosive gastritis can be obtained.Results: Through the analysis of the basic situation and the first diagnosis prescription of 508 cases of Professor Wang Yangang,the results showed that,247 were male and 261 were female in the 508 patients,The number of people aged 51-60 years old was the highest;the results showed that 220 drugs were used,the first 5 of the traditional Chinese medicine was as follows:scutellaria baicalensis,pinellia ternata,coptis chinensis,bambooshavings,capillary wormwood herb;By the analysis of four characters,cold and warm drugs were used most;By the analysis of five flavours,bitter medicine was used most.The analysis of the channel tropism showed a higher frequency of stomach,spleen and liver.According to the classification of TCM syndromes,Turbid Toxin most,followed by the spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome;220 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were classified according to the efficacy,a total of 18 kinds of medicine were used,The number of drugs in the top 5 from high to low are heat clearing drugs,tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis eliminating drugs,diuretic dampness excreting drugs,Qi-regulating drugs.Selected the appropriate support(400)and confidence(0.9),and then clicked the rule analysis button by association rules,and then exported 15 rules.We extracted a combination of 18 new prescriptions in treatment of chronic erosive gastritis by using entropy hierarchical clustering method.Conclusions:1 Professor Wang Yangang believes that Turbid Toxin connotation is the main pathogenesis of chronic erosive gastritis,and treats it with huazhuojiedu,The methodology of eliminating Turbid Toxin and removing toxin is to build a comprehensive treatment network with the character of “six in one”:eliminating stasis,abducting stagnation,dispeling dampness,eliminating phlegm,transforming accumulations and resolving toxin,do not forget liver when treat gastritis,centrally use of drugs.2 The use of TCM inheritance support platform(V2.5)software achieves the prescription of the input,It has important significance to the study of traditional Chinese medicine prescription law and find a new prescription.It also has a certain guiding significance to the modern clinical treatment of chronic erosive gastritis. |
