Discussion On Professor Wang Yangang’s Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Through the software of ‘traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system’,the experience of professor wang yangang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)was mined and summarized to provide a basis for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods: Collected the cases of CAG patients treated by professor wang yangang in the outpatient department of hebei hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to December 2018,recorded the basic information and the first prescription into the software of ‘traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system’,and analyzed the medication regularity and core pathogenesis of CAG treated by professor wang yangang.Result:1.Basic information of the patient: Among the 345 patients,the ratio of male to female was 1.17 to 1.00.The patients were aged between 50 and 59.The clinical symptoms were mainly stomach distension,insomnia and stomachache.Tongue were mainly dark red tongue,thin yellow greasy coating;The main pulse pattern was sliding pulse.2.Prescription analysis: A total of 202 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in the prescriptions,among which the four qi were more cold and warm,the five tastes were more bitter and hot,and the main routes of the medicine were stomach,spleen,liver and lung.There are 43 traditional Chinese medicines that have been used more than 40 times in total.According to the classification of efficacy,there are 13 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.The proportion of heat clearing medicine,Qi regulating medicine and phlegm resolving medicine is large.For the first 16 high-frequency traditional Chinese medicines,the drug dosage point statistics were conducted.For example,the common dosage of Capillary artemisia was 15 g,followed by30 g,20g,25 g and 40 g.3.Core drugs and new prescription: in the analysis of drug association rules,the support was set as 60%,and the confidence was set as 0.95,and 11 core drugs were obtained,including Capillary artemisia,scutellaria baicalensis,coptis chinensis,tangerine peel,bamboo ru,pinellia ternata,radix bupleuri,immature bitter orange,mangnolia officinalis,patrinia and betel nut.In the cluster analysis,12 groups of core combinations of 3-4 drugs were extracted on the premise that the correlation degree was 8 and the penalty degree was 4.Further six new prescriptions for treatment of CAG were obtained.Conclusion:1.Professor Wang Yangang thinks that ‘Damp heat,qi stagnation and phlegm turbidity’ are the core pathogenesis of CAG,and the core treatment methods are clearing away heat and dampness,promoting qi and resolving phlegm,as well as detoxification,promoting blood circulation,strengthening spleen,nourishing yin and other methods;meanwhile,the five zang organs are adjusted,focusing on spleen,liver and lung.2.Professor Wang Yangang pays attention to the coordination and balance in the clinical treatment of CAG.He is good at medication and strict compatibility.The new prescription summarized also reflects the clinical treatment of CAG patients by wang yangang professor from various aspects including dampness,stagnation,phlegm,poison,blood stasis and deficiency,and the treatment features of damp heat,qi stagnation and phlegm turbidity,providing a new way of thinking for clinical treatment.
