The aluminum phosphate molecular sieve is a new type of molecular sieve discovered by American Union carbon company in 1982.It is known as the third generation molecular sieve,and used in catalysis,cracking and adsorption,etc..As a member of the family of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve,APO-11 molecular sieve has a alternating tetrahedron frame which is composed of tetrahedron and aluminum oxygen tetrahedron by turns.It has several advantages such as larger surface area,metal instead of sex and good thermal stability,etc,and therefore is widely used in catalytic materials,laser materials,sensors,materials,catalyst carrier,absorbent materials.The combustion of cigarettes is accompanied by extremely complex physical and chemical processes.Detection shows that at least 6000 substances have been generated in the combustion process and more than 150 species have been proved harmful to human body.At present,there are few studies on the adsorption of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve to filter flue gas.Therefore,as an aluminum phosphate molecular sieve,this study is of great significance for the exploration of flue gas to reduce coke and reduce damage.In this paper,we regard the adsorption properties of some harmful components in cigarette smoke as the evaluation index.Firstly,APO-11 molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal method and then the Fe,Cu and Mg were added to it to generated APO-11 molecular sieve with heteroatoms.At the same time,the APO-11 and modified materials as adsorption material were added in cigarette filter firstly to reduce the adsorption performance of harmful substances in the mainstream smoke of cigarette smoke,The study achieved good results with followings:1.The aluminum hydroxide as aluminum source and two isopropyl amine as template mixed with a certain proportion of the initial gel preparation by hydrothermal method into Teflon lined hydrothermal synthesis reactor for synchronous crystallization in the oven.After washing,filtering and drying in the oven for 5hs,the program with a muffle furnace in the heated up to550 ? and 4hs prepared APO-11 molecular sieve.The 10mg/ branch of the amount added to the cigarette filter can reduce the cigarette smoke of crotonaldehyde,hydrocyanic acid and phenol 20%.2.Three transition metals(Iron,copper and magnesium)doping into the framework of APO-11 zeolite with aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source and two isopropyl amine as template mixed with a certain proportion of the initial gel preparation by hydrothermal method.The simultaneous crystallization was put into stainless steel autoclave.After washing,filtering and drying.Finally,in a muffle furnace temperature programmed calcination,the preparation of Me(Fe,Cu,Mg)APO-11 molecular sieve.The 20mg/ branch of the amount added to the cigarette filter can reduce the highest in mainstream cigarette smoke phenol,hydrocyanic acid,crotonaldehyde,and NH3 more than 30% NNK.3.The effect of adsorption temperature,adsorption time and initial mass concentration of phenol on the adsorption of phenol by aluminum phosphate molecular sieve was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve to phenol was the largest when the adsorption temperature was 25 ?,the adsorption time was 150 min and the initial mass concentration of phenol was 1000 mg/L.the adsorption capacity of aluminum phosphate molecular sieve to phenol was the largest.Through the research of Me APO-11 molecular sieve adsorption kinetics of phenol,two order kinetics analysis results show that the description of two aluminum phosphate molecular kinetic model can better adsorption of phenol.4.The structure and properties of the adsorption materials were studied by means of XRD,XPS,SEM,NH3-TPD and N2 physical adsorption desorption.The relationship between the morphology,surface structure and adsorption properties of the aluminum phosphate molecular sieve were preliminarily discussed.
