Aluminophosphate molecular sieves(APO-5)have a high specific surface area,a unique pore structure,good hydrothermal stability,and also have electronegativity and acidity after metal modification.Phosphorous aluminum molecular sieve series is widely used in the field of industrial catalysis and adsorption because of its unique skeleton structure.The harmful components in cigarette smoke threaten people's health.Among them,seven components of Hoffman are the main harmful components.This paper studies the removal of phenol,hydrocyanic acid,crotonaldehyde,and ammonia in seven harmful components of cigarette smoke.For the first time,a modified aluminum phosphate molecular sieve was used as an adsorbent to add in the cigarette filter.The adsorption effect,adsorption mechanism and process of phenol,hydrocyanic acid,crotonaldehyde,and ammonia in the mainstream smoke were investigated.(1)The molecular sieves were prepared by hydrothermal lattice substitution of APO-5 and Me APO-5(Me = Cu,Mg)and characterized by XRD,SEM,XPS,TPD and N2 physical adsorption.Compared with the pure APO-5 zeolite,the molecular sieve possesses the AFI topology structure and mesopore structure.Compared with the pure APO-5 zeolite,the molecular sieve surface smoothness decreases,the specific surface area decreases and the acidity increases.The metal was successfully loaded onto the molecular sieve framework for a positive divalent.(2)Through the orthogonal experiment,the synthesis of several important factors to determine the optimum preparation conditions of molecular sieve.In the adsorption of phenol on CuAPO-5 molecular sieve,the optimal preparation conditions of the molecular sieve were as follows:metal ratio(n Cu:n P = 0.03:1),crystallization temperature 190 ?,crystallization time 36 h,demoulding time 5h,demoulding temperature650 ?,20 ml.The optimum conditions for the adsorption of ammonia on MgAPO-5 molecular sieve were metal ratio(n Mg: n P = 0.06:1),crystallization temperature 190 ?,crystallization time 48 h,demoulding time 5h,demoulding temperature 190 ?,And the amount of water was22 ml.The smoking test was carried out by the linear simulated smoking machine.The reduction rates of CuAPO-5 zeolite to phenol,hydrocyanic acid and ammonia were 81.45%,60.23% and 40.11%.The effect of MgAPO-5 zeolite on phenol,The reduction rates of ammonia were 48.35%,29.11% and 50.38% respectively.(3)The kinetics and thermodynamic analysis of the adsorption of ammonia on MgAPO-5 showed that the adsorption of ammonia on MgAPO-conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation.The whole adsorption process was mainly chemical adsorption.In the adsorption process,the adsorption amount of phenol on MgAPO-5 increases with the increase of temperature.Kinetics and thermodynamics analysis on the adsorption of phenol on CuAPO-5 show that the adsorption of phenol on CuAPO-5 accords with the quasi-second order kinetic equation.The adsorption process is physical adsorption.The entire adsorption process is an exothermic reaction that spontaneously undergoes adsorption.As the temperature increases,the amount of CuAPO-5 adsorbed on phenol gradually decreases.
