The establishment of human resource shared service center,the distinguish of the strategic human resource management and human resource management affairs can save the operation cost and improve the efficiency.At present,it is suggested that human resource sharing service center has become the first choice for transnational corporations and group enterprises to realize the strategic transformation of human resources.Based on the development and frontier of human resource sharing service center,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and systematic analysis with D company as the research object.In the past 7 years,D Company has benefited from the low cost and high efficiency of the mode since its implementation of the shared service mode,but at the same time,it constantly repaired and adjusted itself according to its operation status.Through the collection of relevant operational data,according to the feedback suggestions of internal and external customers,learn from the successful experience of related enterprises,this article shared the operation status of the D company,analysis of the current condition,pointed out that the existing problems of the sharing service form the following parts:employee management,system construction,and the recruitment difficulties,and combined with the practice of D company aiming at these three aspects,and gives the optimization suggestions,with the implementation of the promotion optimization recommendations,I believe D company's human resources shared service center will further play the full cash value.The value of the shared service center has been confirmed by many parties.But it is difficult to really implement the establishment of a shared service center,the model of D company is not suitable for all enterprises.The creation of shared service mode needs certain objective conditions and system guarantee.The company for already established shared service model need continuous self adjustment,examine whether achieve initial goal,conform to the strategic goal of the enterprise,whether its efficacy,for the problems,The company should timely optimization and adjust,and is committed to improving the quality of the shared service center.It is hoped that this study will bring some reference value and guiding significance to the enterprises which are in transition and will be in transition.
