With the maturity of the theory of Shared services,Multinational companies are constantly trying their share services in China.HR shared service are playing a pivotal role to provide a base for HR to create capacity by streamlining and automating work,build credibility through the seamless execution of processes,and to improve customer experience with the enablement of digital tools and exceptional service delivery.JJ company has completed the construction of Human Resource Shared Service Center(HRSSC)in China,which has played an important role in JJ Company since its establishment but has also encountered some problems.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the HRSSC,which is of great benefit to the development of the center and JJ company.This paper takes the HRSSC of JJ company as the research object by literature analysis,and case study.It firstly reviews the relevant literature and theoretical basis of HRSSC Secondly,introduces and analyzes the operation of JJ company and its HRSSC in China Then,through the method of questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the operation of the HRSSC were explored from two different perspectives of customers and internal staff,and problems such as high cost and poor process,employees not being valued and imperfect management mechanism.Through the analysis,the four main reasons were identified:lack of satisfaction evaluation and problem analysis mechanism,inconsistent process,lack of automation process,team and system usage limitation,and lack of personnel attention Finally,this paper optimizes the problems from four aspects:establishing a customer-oriented satisfaction evaluation mechanism,optimizing service standards and automated processes,building an operation team,and improving employee management mechanismsIn this paper,the optimization research can help solve the existing problems of the HRSSC of JJ company China.In addition,it can also provide certain reference value for the establishment and optimization of HRSSC of other enterprises.
