With the development of computer technology and the continuous improvement of data compression technology,especially the transmission bandwidth and transmission ability between computers,the research and application of multimedia communication technology has great market potential and market value.Video conference system is a kind of office communication system which is deployed on specific server and terminal equipment.The technology of video conference is an important branch of multimedia communication technology.With the wide use of video conferencing technology,the requirements of video conferencing technology are becoming more and more strict.There is a large amount of system resources occupied but not used in the super-large conference,which results in a great waste of resources.The high redundancy of conference logs in large-scale meetings will cause a series of problems in the storage and management of conference logs,and how to locate and solve the problems quickly is also very important when there are problems in meetings.It is also an important way to improve the quality and reputation of products if the maintenance personnel can effectively evade the unsafe operation and ensure the normal holding of large-scale meetings.This thesis transmits streaming media data through cloud communication technology of RTP/RTCP,starts from the way of resource occupation of video conference system,and considers the factors such as fast maintenance of system and reliability of system and so on.A conference control and maintenance system based on cloud communication service is designed and implemented.It includes the conference control subsystem of full exchange mode and the maintenance management subsystem of abnormal alarm and early warning.The main tasks are as follows:(1)It is designed and implemented the conference control of the exchange mode in the conference control subsystem.The specific functions include convening the meeting,adding the meeting,broadcasting,recording and so on,so as to ensure the normal holding of the meeting under the condition that the resource consumption is as small as possible.(2)Design and implement the function of abnormal operation detection in the maintenance management subsystem.All processes are coded by Huffman,and the abnormal location is checked,recorded and outputted in the way of process comparison,so as to provide effective information for the maintenance personnel to locate the problem.Solve the problem of log redundancy by storing process encoding and keeping exception operation logs only.(3)The function of abnormal early warning in maintenance and management subsystem is designed and realized.First,data analysis,data cleaning and One-Hot coding are carried out on the problem log,and then the XGBoost algorithm is trained to predict the probability of accidents occurring in the execution of each operation.Finally,the operation name with the maximum prediction probability is outputted into the conference information of MCU,which provides an effective means to avoid unsafe operation for important meetings.In this thesis,based on the full adaptation mode,the conference operation,abnormal warning and early warning of the conference operation,abnormal alarm and abnormal early warning are realized in the conference control and resource allocation of the full switching mode.According to the test,without affecting the video quality and conference operation,the full switching mode greatly reduces the use of adaptive resources,accurately locates the abnormal alarms,saves a large amount of log storage space,and the conference early warning function runs normally,and it's achieved the desired goal.
