Video conference is a kind of communication form that the use of audio andvideo between the users to send images, sounds in real time. Participants spokevia video, display actual shooting video or images like items, documents, wordpatterns on blackboard, and so on, and observe other participants facial featuresand action expression. Participants in different locations seem to have a “face toface” discussion, It can be enough to replace the big conference in scene oneffect.This article in view of the three modules of the video conference systemcontrol, namely video conference control terminal, the terminal display moduleand mix management module for application development.First, because of the video conference control terminal operation is complex,the audio and video added to the conference is no clear module display, no videopreview, and inconvenient management and other issues. This article redesignedvideo conference control, solve the above problems, and use the Visual Studio2012development environment, using C/C++, C#development language tocomplete the development work of the video conference control end;Second, the terminal display module, for most of the local PC videoacquisition, coding, transmission, not smooth, can’t meet the requirement. Thispaper uses the DirectShow streaming media processing development kit completelocal video acquisition, recording, screenshots; We take the H.264audio andvideo compression coding technology, to realize the video compression; Usingreal-time transport protocol RTP, realize audio stream and video streamtransmission in the network;Third, because of the mixing sound take a large network bandwidth in thenetwork transmission, real-time performance bad, affected by the network jitter, mixing effect is not ideal, can’t meet the requirements of modern videoconference. This paper proposes a new mixing algorithm, adaptive weightingquantization algorithm, and making use of the C/C++language to realize thisalgorithm, and solve the existing problems in the mixing;Finally, using software and hardware structures of Beijing shenzhou as Johntechnology, LTD, to build test environment, make test plan, according to the testplan implementation of video conference control function and performancetesting, and test results analysis.This paper introduced the development and design of video conferencesystem, through the test, show that the system is easy to operate, good reliability,stable performance, used in all kinds of video conference.
