Jurisprudential Inquiry On Artificial Intelligence

Legal artificial intelligence is the result of the combination of law and technology.Based on the history of the development of legal artificial intelligence,I analyze its advantages and risks.Analyzing the legal basis of the existence of artificial intelligence,clarifying the relationship between artificial intelligence,legal stability,and law development,and judging whether artificial intelligence will replace courts,judges,or lawyers,and determine the position of artificial intelligence in legal practice.At the same time,artificial intelligence poses a challenge to existing civil laws(including civil subject qualifications,civil rights,civil liability)and privacy protection.The relevant legal systems are absent and there is a need to revise and improve the corresponding system.The challenge of artificial intelligence to the basic legal value can't be ignored.How to deal with the inevitable algorithm discrimination in legal artificial intelligence and the relationship between artificial intelligence and equality,freedom and justice all require theoretical guidance and practical operation.When studying the legal counter-measures of artificial intelligence,we should take the institutionalization and legalization as the standards and take the development and regulation of artificial intelligence as the leading factor.This includes taking values into consideration when formulating policies and regulations,improving the artificial intelligence risk control mechanism,and establishing Legal Artificial Intelligence Committee.
