After The Classical Perspective Of Tv Legal Programs Of Narrative And Its Evolution In Our Country

TV legal program means the Program which takes TV as a media to communicate and create the legal relative news, it is also a Program which is in order to conduct legal propaganda and provide legal relative service to the audiences. Since1980s, TV legal program become mature and affluent, it is developed with Chinese law system and also make great effort to the popularizing-law education, And the program "legal report" which has a pretty high public praise and the deep influence created a meaningful and representative narrative pattern for the legal program.This paper takes "legal report"1999-2010) program as the object of study. I will analyze its narrative pattern and the evolution between1999to2010. What else, as one kind of narrative works,"legal report" is also associated with "social and historical context". The narrative tactics reflect the reality and context in somehow, and the construction of context is also need the narrative works, they are interactive. Therefore, I will analyze narrative tactics of "legal report" at first, and then discuss the "social and historical context" under the After Classics narrative angle, point out the advantage and problem, which is in order to provide reference to the later creation.This paper can be divided into5parts:Part1, Introduction. In this part I will analyze the basic research framework and put the narratology from Classics to the After Classics in order. And then arrange the history of legal program especially the "legal report". Last, I will show the research meaning and contents clearly.Part2, narrative tactics analysis. In this part, I will analyze the "motif","narrative discourse" and "narrative behavior" of "legal reporf"and its evolution between1999to2010.Part3, I will summarize the outcome which come with all of the above tactics and discuss the interactive relationship between tactics and contest, analyze the purpose and retrospect the basic reason.Part4, Combined with the reality, analyze the challenge which the legal program has to face and find out a way to progress.Part5, Conclusion. Sum up and raise expectation.
