Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Network Literacy In The Era Of Self Media

With the rapid development of self-centred network medium,the main body of information dissemination has become diversified,and media platforms have sprung up.The self-media platform has become an important channel for contemporary college students to learn knowledge,increase their knowledge,participate in society and understand the world.However,as a new media,its operation and development is not perfect,the supervision of the network environment is more difficult,for the media era of college students network literacy cultivation has brought challenges.Since the rapid development of media,college students as the main group of network use,are still in the stage of physical and mental development,and have not formed their own true mainstream values,easy to produce the problem of lack of network literacy.The survey found that some college students in the media network judgment ability is weak,network moral concept is weak,network self-management difficulties and network security awareness is weak and so on,and the negative environmental impact of the network,laws and regulations are not perfect,the government supervision work is not in place,the lack of school network literacy education and the unique psychological characteristics of college students in the media era is the main reason for the lack of network literacy of college students.In view of the reasons for the formation of the problem,from the social,school and individual three levels of countermeasures to explore:from the strengthening of social network literacy guarantee function level,the state to establish network literacy cultivation policy,the government to develop network literacy cultivation norms,social implementation of network literacy cultivation supervision;Establish a correct network view,cultivate network security awareness,improve self-management ability.Since the media era,the cultivation of college students' network literacy is the central link to improve the level of college students' network literacy,conform to the requirements of the times network,strengthen the network political concept of college students,cultivate the network self-management ability,and promote their own free and the premise to ensure.At the same time,the inter-relationship and mutual influence between the various cultivation subjects,the cultivation of college students'network literacy for the implementation of government policies,the greening of the network environment,the promotion of school education also brings important influence,we should pay attention to the overall role of the cultivation of the main body,work together,so as to promote the cultivation of college students network literacy overall,scientific and systematic development.
