Objectives: to explore the effects of Respiratory training combined with core training on balance, gait and ADL of stroke patients. Methods: A total of 40 subjects,20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group, underwent rehabilitation training for 8 weeks in the rehabilitation department of China rehabilitation research center. The experimental group received normal rehabilitation therapy for 45 minutes, respiratory training for 15 minutes and core training for 15 minutes. The control group received only 75 minutes of normal rehabilitation therapy.During rehabilitation, the balanced capacity, gait level and daily living activities of the patients were measured for 9 consecutive weeks to reflect the longitudinal change trend and improvement of lower limb function and activity of daily living in stroke patients. Results: 1.Normal rehabilitation therapy had significant therapeutic effect on the improvement of stroke patients' balanced capacity, gait level and daily living activities;2.Respiratory training combined with core training had significant therapeutic effect on the improvement of stroke patients' balanced capacity, gait level and daily living activities;3.Respiratory training combined with core training and normal rehabilitation therapy of cerebral apoplexy patients compared with the stroke treated with normal rehabilitation therapy, rehabilitation treatment effect of the former is better, embodied in:(1)After eight weeks of Patient's balanced capacity, gait level, and daily living activities have better performance;(2)Patients improved their balanced capacity, gait level, and daily living activities faster during the eight-week treatment. Conclusions: Both of the Respiratory training combined with core training and Normal rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the lower limb function and d Activity of Daily Living of stroke patients, and the former has a better rehabilitation effect than the latter. |
