| Objective This project is to observe and study the effect of Mongolian medicine Hanshuishi Xiaohui Powder on clinical symptoms and serum pepsinogen level of patients with cold Xila-gastric failure, which can provide reference for the clinical research program of the treatment of this disease. Methods In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of cold Xila-gastric failure in Mongolian medicine and chronic atrophic gastritis in Western medicine were collected from the outpatient department and ward of the first Department of Gastroenterology in the International Mongolian Medicine Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from October 2021 to February 2023.They were randomly divided into observation group(30cases)and control group(30 cases).Observation group was given Hanshuishi Xiaohui SAN(morning: fasting 3g warm water, evening: before going to bed 3g warm water),control group was given Vitase tablets(0.8g warm water three times a day);Take 8 weeks as a course of treatment, one course of treatment.Symptom score,GSRS score,GIS score and serum pepsinogen test were performed before and after treatment. To observe the effect of Mongolian medicine Hanshuishi Xiaohui Powder on clinical symptoms of cold Xila-gastric failure disease and serum pepsinogen level. Finally, software SPSS26.0 was used to analyze and process the observed data. Results 1.Comparison of the overall efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),that is,the overall efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of Mongolian medicine syndrome score:(1)Comparison of Mongolian medicine syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment: the difference between the observation group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in diarrhea symptom in control group before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was significant difference in other symptoms(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of Mongolian medicine symptom scores between the two groups: there were statistically significant differences in acid reflux, heartburn, upper abdominal flatulence, upper abdominal burning pain, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, dyspepsia, nausea, diarrhea, constipation and other symptoms between the two groups(P < 0.05),but no statistically significant differences in fatigue symptoms(P > 0.05).That is,the observation group was better than the control group in improving acid reflux, heartburn, upper abdominal distension, upper abdominal burning pain, loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, dyspepsia, nausea, diarrhea, constipation and other symptoms. There was no difference between the control group and the control group in improving symptoms of fatigue.3.Comparison of GSRS and GIS scores:(1)Comparison of GSRS and GIS symptom scores before and after treatment: GSRS and GIS symptom scores before and after treatment were statistically significant between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)Comparison of GSRS and GIS symptom scores between the two groups: there were statistically significant differences in the total score of GSRS and GIS between the two groups(P < 0.05),that is,the observation group improved GSRS and GIS symptoms better than the control group.4.Comparison of serum pepsinogen levels:(1)Comparison of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ levels between the two groups before and after treatment: There were statistical significance in serum PGⅠ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),but no statistical significance in PGⅡ(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ levels between the two groups: There were statistically significant differences in PGⅠ between the two groups(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in PGⅡ,PGⅠ/PGⅡ(P > 0.05),that is,the observation group was better than the control group in improving PGⅠ.There was no difference in improvement of PGⅡ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ compared with the control group. Conclusion 1.The overall curative effect of Mongolian medicine Hanshuishi Xiaohui Powder in the treatment of cold Xila-gastric failure is higher than that of Vizin tablets in the treatment of cold Shela-gastric failure.2.The treatment of Mongolian medicine Hanshuishi Xiaohui Powder was superior to the treatment of villase tablets in improving the Mongolian medicine syndrome score,GSRS and GIS score scale of patients with cold Xila-gastric failure.3.The treatment of Mongolian medicine Hanshuishi Xiaohui Powder in improving the serum pepsinogen PGⅠ level of patients with cold Xila-gastric failure is superior to the treatment of villase tablets in the treatment of cold Xila-gastric failure.4.To provide referable detailed information and data for the treatment of cold Xila-gastric failure with Mongolian medicine. |
