In recent years,the incidence of mental illness in China has been on the rise,with the characteristics of high disability rate,high recurrence rate and high suicide rate.At present,the nursing care for patients with mental disorders in China is mainly based on home care,with the community as the main rehabilitation activity place.However,patients with mental disorders are still faced with problems such as difficulty in integrating into social life,excessive pressure and social barriers.In this study,ten members of the Peer support organization for Mental Illness in Harbin,Heilongjiang Province were selected as research objects for in-depth interview and data collation.Through the study of the patterns of five peer support class come to the conclusion: the rehabilitation activities should be carried out on the patients and families cognition,action,relationship between three dimensions of rehabilitation,through professional relationship,the language,the concept of rehabilitation,and the organizers of social work role four aspects for the survivors and the families build a acceptance,tolerance,equal empowerment environment,let people with mental illness and family members in the process of rehabilitation better restore its social function.By analyzing the influence of peer support model on the whole person rehabilitation of patients with mental illness,this paper provides theoretical basis for the peer support model in China,puts forward the possibility of the application of peer support model to the three-level prevention and treatment network for mental illness in China,and provides reference for the improvement of community mental health services in China.
