Intervention Study Of Social Work On Home Rehabilitation Of Schizophrenic Patients

The burden of mental illness has ranked first in China's disease burden,while the cure rate of schizophrenia is low,and it ranks first in the burden of mental illness.Due to the limitation of resource conditions,the influence of China's "home culture" and other factors,most of China's schizophrenic patients choose home rehabilitation.This not only increases the patient's physiological,psychological,rehabilitation and other multiple burdens,but also brings a huge burden of care for the patient's family.These problems need to be paid attention to and solved.At present,the rehabilitation treatment of patients with schizophrenia in China is still limited to drug treatment and hospital treatment.For patients recovering at home,doctors are the authority in their lives,and taking medication is the daily life.The side effects of drugs and the closed ness of life at home cause many patients to experience social adaptation problems,including low self-esteem,emotional indifference,poor personal management,reluctance to contact others,lack of social interaction and so on.And doctors are more concerned about the patient's disease treatment,did not carry out the patient's full rehabilitation,also did not consider how to make patients better home rehabilitation,reduce the burden of care for family members.This study mainly uses in-depth interview and participatory observation method,with six schizophrenic patients and nine patients and their families of three patients in the P-district X-J community of H City,Heilongjiang Province as the main research object.The service object is divided into intervention group and control group.The indepth interview method was used to conduct many interviews with patients,family members,community-based pre-eminedoctors and others,and to organize and analyze the interview materials.Understand the client's problems,needs,difficulties,etc.,and develop a corresponding service plan for patients and families.And according to each stage of service,respectively,from the needs of the service object,professional relations development,service object awareness and behavior changes,etc.,to promote patients better home rehabilitation,reduce the burden of patients' families care to provide a practical strategy,to demonstrate the social workers to schizophrenia patients and their families behind the intervention of the meaning.
