Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia (Pattern Of Phlegm-heat Obstructing The Lung) Based On The Theory Of Xin Kai Ku Jiang

Objective:The clinical efficacy,the changes of the TCM syndrome score and the shift of the specific IgM-antibody testing of mycoplasma pneumoniae are observed for treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(pattern of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung),which are based on the theory of "Xin Kai Ku Jiang" using QinXia QingFei Decoction with AzithromycinMethods:The eighty children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(pattern of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung)who met the selection criteria were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into two groups:study group and reference group and each group with forty cases.Both groups of children were given routine western medicine treatment.Based on this treatment,the children in study group were carried out sequential therapy of QinXia QingFei Decoction and the sequential therapy of Xiao’er Feire Kechuan Granule in reference group.Both groups were treated for fourteen days.The disease efficacy,the scores of TCM syndrome,symptoms and signs,the time of bringing down a fever,the specific IgM-antibody testing of mycoplasma pneumoniae and the change of chest X-ray were recorded and evaluated.It is useful to analyze the data with the way of SPSS24.0Results:The effective rate of disease in the study group is 90.00%,which is superior to 72.50%in the reference group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the TCM syndromes in the study group is 90.00%,which is superior to 70.00%in the reference group(P<0.05).After seven days of treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,TCM symptoms and TCM syndromes in the study group are superior to those in the reference group(P<0.05).After fourteen days of treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes,TCM symptoms and TCM in the study group are also superior to those in the reference group(P<0.05)After seven days of treatment,the study group is superior than the reference group in coughing,purulent yellow sputum,phlegm rale in the throat,wheezing and nasal flaring,sweating,sore throat,inappetence,constipation and lung signs(P<0.05)and the study group is equal to the reference group in dysphoria,red complexion,thirsty for drinking and yellow urine(P>0.05)After fourteen days of treatment,the study group is superior to the reference group in coughing,purulent yellow sputum,phlegm rale in the throat,phlegm rale in the throat,sweating,sore throat,inappetence,constipation,lung signs and the change of chest X-ray(P<0.05)and the study group is equal to the reference group in dysphoria,red complexion,thirsty for drinking and yellow urine(P>0.05).The time of bringing down a fever in the study group is comparable to that of in the reference group(P>0.05).In the one month follow-up period,the negative rate of the specific IgM-antibody testing of mycoplasma pneumoniae in the study group is 82.50%,which is superior to the 60.00%in the reference group(P<0.05)Conclusions:1.The clinical efficacy which using QinXia QingFei Decoction that is based on the theory of "Xin Kai Ku Jiang" combined with Azithromycin is superior to using Xiao’er Feire Kechuan Granule combined with Azithromycin for treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(pattern of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung)2.QinXia QingFei Decoction that is based on the theory of "Xin Kai Ku Jiang" combined with Azithromycin can be used for treating children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(pattern of phlegm-heat obstructing the lung)and alleviate the change of TCM syndromes,symptoms and signs,chest X-ray and the specific IgM-antibody testing of mycoplasma pneumonia.
