Clinical Effect Observation Of Maxingshigan Decoction And Qingjin Huatan Decoction In The Treatment Of Children With Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia(Phlegm-heat Closing Lung)

Objective: This study objectively evaluates the clinical efficacy and safety of Maxingshigan Decoction and Qingjin Huatan Decoction combined with azithromycin on children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome)by observing the changes in symptoms,lung signs,and chest X-ray before and after treatment of children with Maxingshigan Decoction and Qingjin Huatan Decoction.Methods: This subject uses a randomized controlled trial,and a total of 60 children who meet the inclusion criteria of this study are divided into a test group and a control group with 30 cases each.Both groups are treated with western medicine conventional therapy.The experimental group is also given oral "Maxingshigan Decoction and Qingjin Huatan Decoction" traditional Chinese medicine granules of extraction,and the observation group is also given oral "Feilike Mixture".Observe and record the symptoms,pulmonary signs,chest X-ray examination of the two groups of children before and after treatment,as well as the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and disease.The data collected in this research is statistically analyzed with SPSS23.0.Result:(1)In the comparison of the main symptoms of the disease,the two groups have obvious effects on the improvement of the main symptoms,signs,and chest radiographs(P<0.01),and the experimental group has more advantages than the control group in improving cough(P<0.05);(2)In the comparison of the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups have obvious effects on the improvement of the secondary symptoms(P<0.05);in the treatment of children’s mentality,complexion,aversion to cold,sweating,cyanosis of the lips,nausea and vomiting,dry mouth,sleep and tongue conditionthe,curative effect is equivalent(P>0.05).But the effect of the test group is better than that of the control group in improving the redness and swelling of the pharynx,appetite,stool and urination(P<0.05);(3)In the comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms,the apparent efficiency and recovery rate in the experimental group is significantly higher than that in the control group(90.00% in the experimental group;76.67% in the control group);after inspection,the apparent efficiency and recovery rate is not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating The curative effect of the TCM symptoms of the two groups is similar;(4)In the comparison of the curative effect of disease,the apparent efficiency and recovery rate of the test group is significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67% of the test group and 73.33% of the control group);after inspection,the apparent efficiency and recovery rate is not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating the curative effect of disease of the two groups is similar.Conclusion: Maxingshigan Decoction and Qingjin Huatan Decoction have a significant effect in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome,and it has obvious effect in improving TCM symptoms and lung signs.It has a good security,no adverse events occurred.Compared with Feilike Mixture,the clinical effect is equivalent.
