From The Acupoint Treatment Of Children With Mycoplasma Pneumonia (Phlegm Heat Closed Lung Type) Clinical Observation

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Acupoint External Application of bilateral Feishu, Feng uplift and Yongquan adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children (phlegm heat obstructing lung type) clinical curative effect by and after treatment were compared.Methods:In this paper, we selected 80 cases Mycoplasma pneumoniae (phlegm heat closed lungs) patients were randomly assigned to control group and acupoint sticking group,40 cases in each group, The control group was treated with intravenous and oral azithromycin, and the sticking group was treated with static point and oral azithromycin,be Acupoint External application of double side Feishu, Fenglong and Yongquan acupoint treatment, a course of 15 days. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.15 after 1 days of treatment, the total effective rate was 95%(38/40), and the total effective rate was 80%(32/40) in the treatment group. X2 test by P<0.05, with statistical significance.2. Before and after treatment, two groups of children were compared, the main points of Chinese medicine and the second symptom scores were significantly reduced, with statistical significance (P<0.05), and the sticking group was better than the control group, the t test P<0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion:1. Self acupoint paste topical bilateral Feishu, Feng uplift and Yongquan adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children (phlegm heat obstructing lung type), can effectively improve the patient’s clinical curative effect,and shorten the time of hospitalization.2. Self acupoint paste topical bilateral Feishu, Feng uplift and Yongquan adjuvant treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children (phlegm heat closed lungs) after treatment, no significant adverse reactions.
