Clinical Study On Kaifei Xuanjiang Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia(Syndrome Of Phlegm-Heat Obstructing Lung)

Objective:This subject carries out the clinical study of Professor Sun Liping’s empirical prescription Kaifei Xuanjiang decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of infantile mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,and evaluates the clinical efficacy of Kaifei Xuanjiang decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.to provide safe and effective treatment for clinic.Methods:Include 60 children with phlegm-heat obstructed lung mycoplasma pneumonia in this study that meet the screening indications of this study.Random sampling is used to divide the children into a test group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases.The basis of anti-infective treatment in Western medicine Above,the test group was given Kaifei Xuanjiang Decoction orally,and the control group was given Xiaoer Xuanfei Zhike Granules orally.Both groups were treated with 1 course of treatment(7 days)and observed the changes in the clinical symptoms of the children in both groups.Evaluation and analysis of curative effect on clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: In terms of the total effective rate of TCM clinical symptoms,the test group(96.67%)is higher than the control group(90.00%),(P<0.05).After a course of treatment,the statistical analysis results(P<0.05)of the points before and after the main symptoms showed statistical significance.Therefore,the experimental group was more effective than the control group in improving the symptoms of fever,cough,and rales in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Excellent;in terms of points before and after minor symptoms,the statistical analysis results(P<0.05),so the test group is better than the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of children’s thirst,appetite,hyperhidrosis,second stool,tongue quality,and tongue coating.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Kaifei Xuanjiang Decoction combined with western medicine anti-infective treatment for children with phlegm-heat-closed lung mycoplasma pneumonia pneumonia is better than Xuanfei Zhike granules combined with western medicine anti-infection treatment.Kaifei Xuanjiang Decoction has the effect of relieving the symptoms and signs of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat-closed lung type,and there are no clear side effects and adverse reactions.It is a safe and effective prescription.
