Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Ziyin Chufan Decoction In Treating Perimenopausal Anxiety Disorder

1.Ziyin Jiefan Yin has a significant clinical effect on the Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Professor Yao Meiyu’s self-made Ziyin Jiefan Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal anxiety of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,and summarizing the clinical treatment experience of this disease,we can provide clinical thinking for the treatment of perimenopausal anxietyMethods:From September 2017 to November 2019,42 cases of climacteric anxiety with Yin deficiency and fire type were collected from the gynecological outpatient department of the first people’s Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine,China.The clinical symptoms were observed and analyzed.After that,Ziyin Jiefan Yin,a Chinese medicine self-made formula,was given to observe the domestic clinical improvement Kupperman score,HAMA score,TCM symptom score(including main symptom,secondary symptom,total score)and other relevant indicators before and after three weeks of treatment,and the effect of treatment was judged by using clinical data statistical processing software analysisConclusion:1.42 female patients with perimenopausal anxiety of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type were enrolled in the comprehensive treatment group The total effective rate was 88.10%,the recovery rate was 7.14%,the significant effective rate was 45.24%,the effective rate was 35.71%,and the ineffective rate was 11.90%2.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the patients decreased from 22.62±2.22 to 9.81±5.17.Through statistical analysis,it was found that P<0.01,with significant difference,the symptoms were significantly improved.3.The evaluation of domestic modified Kupperman efficacy score table before and after treatment:the total score of modified Kupperman efficacy score table decreased from 22.43±3.01 before treatment to 8.83±2.43 three weeks after treatment,and the statistical analysis result was p<0.05,indicating that this table is of great significance in statistical analysis4.The total score of HAMA before and after treatment and the evaluation of curative effect:the total curative effect score of HAMA decreased from 21.36±2.29 before the first treatment to 10.24±2.55 three weeks after the second treatment.The result of statistical analysis was p<0.05,which showed that the score had statistical significanceConclusion:treatment of perimenopausal women anxiety symptoms of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity type,which is in line with the clinical characteristics of high overall effective rate2.Ziyin Jiefan Yin can not only effectively prevent and improve the clinical symptoms of anxiety in some perimenopausal patients,but also effectively reduce other related clinical symptoms of menopausal syndrome It has a wide range of functions,can improve and improve the quality of daily life and work of perimenopausal patients,and is worthy of long-term clinical research and application.
