Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Perimenopausal Anxiety Of Kidney Yin Deficiency Type With The Basic Prescription Of Qinghao Biejia Decoction

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the basic prescription of Qinghao Biejia decoction on perimenopausal anxiety of kidney Yin deficiency type in women.Methods:A total of 30 female patients aged between 40 and 60 who were diagnosed with perimenopausal anxiety and were admitted to the department of gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from December 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the subjects.Through questionnaires,ask the patients and fill in the perimenopausal syndrome(modified Kupperman)scale,the Northwest dryness syndrome questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and syndrome questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine,and analyze the score and disease degree.Using a randomized controlled study method,17 patients were randomly selected as the experimental group,and given the basic prescription of Qinghao Biejia decoction combined with Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets(Femostone).Another 17 patients were randomly selected as the control group and were given Complex Packing Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets(Femostone).The duration of treatment was 12 weeks.After treatment,the four questionnaires mentioned above were retaken to compare and analyze the score changes and the improvement degree of disease symptoms of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: Finally,34 patients were included in this study,including 17 in the experimental group and 17 in the control group.Prior treatment,including 14 patient with mild,18 with moderate and 2 with severe cases of the Perimenopausal syndrome(modified Kupperman)score scale.There were 18 mild patients,15 moderate patients and1 severe patients with the Anxiety self-rating scale(SAS).After treatment,among the 34 patients,in the modified Kupperman score scale,15 patients(88.23%)in the experimental group had a better degree of disease,while 6 patients(35.29%)in the control group had abetter degree of disease.In the experimental group,there were 14 cases(82.35%)with better condition than before,and 8 cases(47.06%)with effective condition in the control group.Conclusion: The treatment of perimenopausal anxiety with the basic prescription of Qinghao Biejia decoction can reduce the Perimenopausal syndrome(modified Kupperman)score scale and the anxiety self-rating scale(SAS),which could effectively improve the patients’ discomfort symptoms,and have a definite effect on the treatment of perimenopausal anxiety.
