| Objective:In order to observe and study the breviscapine and Rehmanniae Decoction as monarch drug,"Ziyin Huoxue Decoction" combined with conventional therapy of Western medicine,the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis type DN(III)the clinical efficacy and the side effects on DN patients with Yin deficiency and blood stasis type related laboratory index,thus objective to investigate clinical curative effect of Nourishing Yin "Huoxue Decoction" in the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis type DN.Methods:1.Collected 70 cases according to the inclusion criteria(stage III DN,with TCM syndrome of yin deficiency and blood stasis type).Take the single blind method and Rank the group randomized according to the sequence to see the doctor.The experimental group and control group has 35 cases respectively.2.The gender,age,course of disease,main symptoms and renal function of the two groups before the experiment were detected by the method of medical statistics to suer there is no statistically.significant differience between two grops.3.therapeutic method:The control group and the experimental group were treated with conventional therapy:⑴Education and explain the patients of DM knowledge.regulate the patient’s eating habits,and instructed them to carry out the right amount of exercise.The obese people can exercise to lose weight;⑵Solicit opinions from the endocrine department doctor,patients were given injections of insulin to control blood sugar(glucose control level: 7.0mmol/L≥FPG≥3.9mmol/L,11.1mmol/L≥2h PG≥3.9mmol/L).⑶Control blood pressure at 90-140/60-90 mm Hg by ACEI and ARB.⑷Correct the water,electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders.control group:Meanwhile the conventional western medicine treatment on the subjects,pay close attention to the situation of the vital signs of the patients and the progression of the disease to ensure the safety of patients,and recorded symptoms and signs and laboratory indexes.Test group:Add the Ziyin Huoxue Decoction to the above conventional treatment methods,decoction,Take the medicine 1 dose per day,200-300 ml per time in the morning,noon,and evening respectively.4.Course and treatment:Take 4 weeks as a course of treatment,and observe 12 weeks.During the treatment,two groups of patients were treated in strict accordance with the proposed scheme,and no drugs or measures for the treatment of yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome should be used or cooperated.5.The patients’ medication safety was evaluated objectively Through Testing the subjects’ safety indexes in the beginning and the end of the twelfth week.Result:1.Compare the total effective rate of two groups After the experiment,the control group was 41.94%,the experimental group was 74.19%,p=0.047<0.05.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group.2.in TCM symptoms curative effect,the total efficiency of the control group was 26%,the total efficiency of the experimental group was 70.97%.Comparing two groups,p=0.003 < 0.05,which means Ziyin Huoxue Decoction was effective In terms of improve TCM symptoms curative effect.3.Analyze the urinary albumin levels of the control group and the experimental group,p=0.020,the results shows the test group was better than control group.Two subjects’ urine protein levels after the test is analyzed,the results shows,p=0.002,which means the difference had statistical significance.the experimental group was better than control group.the results means Ziyin Huoxue Decoction was effective In terms of inhibition of diabetic nephropathy patients with urinary protein loss.4.The plasma fibrinogen in the control group and the experimental group before and after the test were compared,the control group p=0.091 > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,the experimental group p=0.000 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.It can be concluded that Ziyin Huoxue Decoction can reduce fibrinogen in patients with diabetic nephropathy.5.there was no significant difference between the control group and the experimental group before and after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion: The total efficiency of the treatment group were treated with Ziyin Huoxue Decoction Combined with DN based therapy is higher than the control group with single DN based therapy through the clinical observation and experimental data.And the urinary albumin and urinary protein of the experimental group of were significantly lower than the control group,there were no patients had adverse reactions during the whole test process.The results indicated Ziyin Huoxue Decoction on yin deficiency and blood stasis type DN(III)was safe and could be applied to clinical services for patients. |
