Clinical Observation Of Ziyin Yihuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome(Yin Deficiency And Fire Excess Syndrome)

Objective: The purpose of this project is to study the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Yihuo Decoction in the treatment of female Syndrome before and after menopause.To verify the safety and effectiveness of Ziyin Yihuo decoction,the symptom improvement and hormone level of patients before and after treatment were compared.To further explore the efficacy and mechanism of this method,and provide an effective theoretical basis for clinical practice.Methods: According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,72 cases of syndrome before and after menopause with Yin deficiency and fire excess syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each 4 cases in two groups total 8 cases shedding in the course of disease.Therefore,64 cases were enrolled in the study.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Ziyin Yihuo decoction,and in the control group were treated with Kuntai Capsule,two groups were stopped after 6 weeks.After drug withdrawal,the symptom improvement,serum LH and FSH values of the patients before and after treatment were observed as research indicators,and the self-control and inter group control before and after treatment were carried out,and the statistical software spss19.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results: After treatment,the experimental results showed that: 32 cases in the treatment group,9 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 84.38%;in the control group,2 cases were cured,4 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 78.13%.After statistical analysis,two groups had good curative effects in the treatment of this disease,the serum LH and FSH values were reduced either.The effect of treatment group was better than control group.The results were statistically significant.Indicating that Ziyin Yihuo decoction has better effect in the treatment of syndrome before and after menopause(yin deficiency and fire excess syndrome).Conclusion: After analysis,it can be concluded that Ziyin Yihuo Decoction in the treatment of syndrome before and after menopause(yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity syndrome)is worthy of affirmation.And it also can improve the physical and mental health of patients.In addition,Ziyin Yihuo decoction has the advantages of small adverse reactions,no side effects and high safety which can be further studied in clinical practice.
