Clinical Research Of Self-made Ziyin Fengdong Decoction In The Treatment For Children With Tic Disorders(Yin Deficiency And Wind Movement Type)

Objective:Using the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,based on the dialectical treatment,applying Self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoction to treat children’s tic disorders,which is belong to the tape of wing formation from yin deficiency.The control group was treated with Jiuwei Xifeng Granules.The purpose of this clinical study is to observe the clinical curative effect and security,make it more scientific in clinical application.Methods:Selecting 72 cases of pediatric diagnosed with tic disorders,which is belong to the tape of wing formation from yin deficiency in our hospitals.According to the age of drug stratified random design for the experimental group and the control group.There are 36 child in each group.Children belong to the treatment group need to take Self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoction.Children belong to the control group need to take Jiuwei Xifeng Granules.Both groups need to took the medicine for six weeks.Respectively recording clinical manifestation and symptom by YGTSS and tradition Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score scale before and after treatment.In the end,using SPSS20.0 synthetically analysis the recorded data.Results:1.Via the treat with statistics,in the baseline data and all integrals before treatment of two groups of children,there is no outstanding difference between the two group(P>0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: there was significant statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment in YGTSS scores,total scores of main syndromes and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05),and the scores decreased significantly after treatment.3.Comparison between the two groups after treatment:there was significant difference in YGTSS scores and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).4.Improvement of secondary syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine:there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment in the four aspects of secondary syndrome:irritability,restless sleep,flushing of two cheekbones and five heart upset heat(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in dry stool and thin body(P>0.05).5.Total effective rate: the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.63%,which was higher than 77.41% in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 83.87% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The total effective rate of Self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoction in the treatment of children with tic disorder of yin deficiency and wind movement type was higher than that of Jiuwei Xifeng granule.2.Self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoctioncan can reduce the YGTSS total score,motor tic score and vocal tic score of children with wind tic disorder with Yin deficiency,and reduce the degree of defect.3.The self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoction is better than Jiuwei Xifeng granule in improving the main syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in children with wind tic disorder of yin deficiency.In the secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the self-made Ziyin Zhidong Decoction is better than Jiuwei Xifeng granule in the four aspects of irritability,restless sleep,five heart upset heat and two forehead flushing.
