ObjectiveTo understand the current situation and influencing factors of the humanistic care ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,and to construct the training program of the caring ability of nursing teachers according to the survey results,so as to provide valuable reference for the training of the caring ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges.Methods1.Quantitative study on humanistic care ability of nursing teachers.Based on the literature research,395 nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges in anhui and henan were selected by convenient sampling method to investigate the current situation of humanistic care ability and explore relevant influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for subsequent research.2.Qualitative research on humanistic care ability of nursing teachers.Basis based on previous research,interviews of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,discusses influence of anhui,henan region in higher vocational colleges teachers' humanistic care ability factors,using the phenomenological research method on issues of nursing teachers' humanistic care to in-depth interviewsof the cognition and attitude,to supplement the lack of quantitative early,also for future nursing ability of the teachers' training,and provides the basis.3.Construct the training program of nursing teachers' caring abilityBased on the preliminary research,a preliminary draft of the training program for humanistic care ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was developed,and the final training program was revised by the method of expert group meeting.Results1.General situation of humanistic care ability of nursing teachersThrough the investigation of 395 nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges,it was found that the humanistic care ability score of nursing teachers was 181.3824.55,lower than 214.90 7.74 in wu bing's version [36],which was at a low level(the total score < 207.16 was a low level),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of the teaching quality evaluation of humanistic care education for nursing teachers is 44.76 12.81,indicating that it is at a low level(22 ~51 is a low level).2.Influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nursing teachersFor the general information of the humanistic care nursing teachers ability using single factor analysis of variance and multiple independent samples T test it is concluded that the one-child,family members internal relations,the title,the relationship between with colleagues,training experience,love of nursing degree six different nursing teachers' caring ability between the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After multiple regression analysis,it was found that the relationship with colleagues and love of nursing profession had statistical significance(P<0.05).Humanistic care education for nursing teachers care of classroom teaching quality evaluation in general information using single factor analysis of variance and multiple independent samples T test of sex,and the relationship between colleagues,humanities knowledge training experience,love for the nursing profession fourfactors have different degree of nursing teachers between the humanistic care education evaluation of classroom teaching quality difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After multiple regression analysis,it was found that humanistic care knowledge training experience and love degree of nursing were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the variance of combined interpretation of the two factors was 17.4%.3.Correlation analysis between nursing teacher caring ability and teaching quality evaluation of nursing humanistic care educationThere was a significant positive correlation between the total score of caring ability of nursing teachers and the total score of teaching quality evaluation of humanistic care education(r=0.235,P=0.041),and the correlation degree was low.4.Explore the restriction factors and cultivation ways of humanistic care ability of nursing teachers qualitativelyData were collected in the form of semi-structured interviews with 12 nursing teachers who participated in the humanistic care ability survey,including 7 full-time teachers and 5 part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.Finally,three themes are formed: cognizing the connotation of humanistic care,experiencing the influencing factors of humanistic care,and expecting the improvement of humanistic care ability.5.Construct the training program of nursing teachers' caring ability Based on the preliminary research,a preliminary draft of the training program for humanistic care ability of nursing teachers in higher vocational colleges was developed,and the final training program was revised by the method of expert group meeting.Conclusion1.The humanistic care ability of nursing teachers and the teaching quality evaluation of humanistic care education in nursing classrooms are still relatively low,which needs to be further improved through training and other ways;2.The influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nursing teachers include the relationship with colleagues and the degree of love for nursing major;The influencing factors of teaching quality evaluation of humanistic care education for nursing teachers are humanistic care knowledge training experience and love degree of nursing major,which provide basis for targeted measures in the later stage.3.Qualitative research summarized the three themes of cognitive connotation of humanistic care,influencing factors of experiencing humanistic care and expecting improvement of humanistic care ability,proposed countermeasures to further improve humanistic care of nursing teachers,and formed the framework of influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nursing teachers.4.Construct the training program of nursing teachers' caring ability,and provide some reference for the training of nursing teachers' caring ability in higher vocational colleges.
