ObjectiveTo know the level of humanistic care ability of junior nurses in cardiovascular department and the current situation of training needs of humanistic care ability,to construct and implement the training program of nurses' humanistic care ability based on ADDIE model,to analyze the effect of this program on improving the humanistic care ability of junior nurses in cardiovascular department.to provide a reference for further optimizing the cultivation method of humanistic care ability of nurses.MethodsNurse humanistic care ability training demand questionnaire by consulting relevant literature,the preliminary design out of the first draft of the questionnaire,and consulting relevant experts,ultimately determine the nurse humanistic care ability training demand questionnaire.134 junior nurses in cardiovascular department were researched by using a self-designed questionnaire on the training needs of humanistic care ability of nurses,understand the training needs of junior nurses in cardiovascular department for humanistic care ability.Using the principle of group sampling,134 junior nurses of cardiovascular department were divided into experimental group and control group.65 junior nurses were divided into the experimental group and 69 junior nurses were divided into the control group.According to the theory of Watson human caring and results of the questionnaire on the training needs of nurses' humanistic care ability design cardiovascular department low qualification nurses humanistic care training program,invite relevant experts review and modify,ultimately determine the training plan.The experimental group used the training program to train low qualification nurses in cardiovascular department for 8 weeks of humanistic care ability training and the control group received 8 weeks of regular humanistic care training.Before and after training,the humanistic care ability scale of clinical nurses was used to evaluate the humanistic care ability of nurses in the two groups and analyze the training effect.Results(1)Results of the humanistic care ability training needs questionnaire: Among the nurses surveyed,Only 61.9% of the nurses participated in the humanistic care training,never to humanistic care training accounted for 38.1%,of the causes of this situation,65.7% of the nurses said there is no time,there are some nurses think training could affect the work,and doubting whether training should have effect;From the understanding of humanistic care knowledge,40.3% of nurses did not know enough about nursing humanistic care knowledge.In terms of training intention,82.9% of nurses said they "desperately need" and "need",and 79.1% said they were "very willing" and "willing" to participate in the training.In terms of training frequency,most nurses think that it is not appropriate to go too high.In terms of training content,the questionnaire were set up 12 items,in addition to the other this option,the composition of each item is selected than are more than 30%,among them,interpersonal skills,communication skills,humanistic care knowledge system of humanistic care,nurses and nursing ability of self care,emotional communication,the ability of health education,humanistic care service etiquette seven content more than 50%,choose the most is interpersonal skills training was 89.6%,in hope to improve the ability of humanistic care,82.8% of nurses hope to improve the ability of personal communication,Also hope that through training to improve individual science problem solving ability,communication ability,the ability of health education,to the patients' ability to instill belief and hope,help patients to seek spiritual strength ability to provide patients with good environment,the ability,ability of empathy ability of humanistic care;There is no consensus among nurses on the training methods and approaches of preference.(2)Comparison between the two groups before the training: before the training,there was no difference between the test group and the control group in the total score of humanistic care ability and the score of each dimension(P>0.05),which was balanced and comparable between the groups.(3)Experimental group before and after the training itself is: in the group and experimental group after training nurses humanistic care ability score before the training was significantly increased(P<0.05),perfusion belief and hope,altruistic humanitarian values,health education,and to help meet the basic needs,and promote emotional communication,to help solve difficult dimension scores before the training were significantly increased(P<0.05).(4)Control group before and after the training within their own set of comparison: the control group after training nurses humanistic care ability score before the training was significantly increased(P< 0.05),perfusion of belief and hope,altruistic humanitarian values dimension scores before the training were obviously improved(P<0.05),health education,to help meet the basic needs,and promote emotional communication,to help solve difficult dimension scores more training before the change is not obvious(P> 0.05).(5)Training after comparison between the two way: experimental group humanistic care ability score compared with the control group with significant difference(P<0.05),perfusion belief and hope,altruistic humanitarian values,health education,and to help meet the basic needs,and promote emotional communication,to help solve difficult dimension scores compared with the control group there were significant differences(P<0.05),compared with the control group,experimental group training effect is better,but in science and health problems and provide a good environment dimension scores,effect of two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe humanistic care ability of the junior nurses in cardiovascular department of a third-class a hospital in zhengzhou is generally at a moderate level,to help solve difficulties and to help meet basic needs on a low dimension.The implementation effect of the training program is significantly better than that of conventional humanistic care ability training based on ADDIE training model.Mainly reflected in the junior nurses effectively improve cardiology humanistic care ability,perfusion belief and hope,health education,humanitarian,altruistic values,to help meet basic demand,promote the emotional communication and help to solve difficult.
