Objective1.To develop a questionnaire for the evaluation of clinical teaching ability of the standardized nurse tutors;2.To understand the current status of clinical teaching ability of the standardized nurse tutors and post training needs of tutors;3.According to the reality and training needs,this paper constructs and revises the clinical teaching ability training program of the nurse tutor in TCM based on M-learning.MethodsThis study is divided into tow parts:The first part:Investigation on the current situation of clinical teaching ability and training needs for standardized nurse tutorsThe first stage:The development of clinical teaching ability questionnaire for the nurse tutors in the training of rules?Interview analysis.Objective to select 11 nurses,10 tutors and 8 nursing managers to conduct semi-structured interviews to understand their views,expectations,suggestions and on-the-job training needs,so as to supplement the preparation of clinical teaching ability questionnaire and the construction of training program.?Based on the literature review and interview analysis results,a preliminary"questionnaire on the clinical teaching ability of guidance nurses tutors"was initially prepared and discussed in the expert group meeting.Finally,to verify the applicability and psychometric characteristics of this questionnaire:the selection of 335 qualified nurses to be included in the study,using the homogeneity reliability to evaluate the internal consistency degree of this form;using exploratory factor analysis to test the structural validity of the questionnaire,using the content validity index to compute the expert content validity.The second stage:the investigation of the current situation of the clinical teaching ability of the standardized nurse tutors.Through the use of the self-designed"questionnaire on the clinical teaching ability of standardized nurse tutors" as the survey tool,The convenience sampling method was used to extract 92 standardized nurses from 5 third level hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhengzhou.to obtain the relevant information about the current situation of clinical teaching ability of standardized nurse tutors,which provides the basis for the training program of the study.The third stage:Investigation on the demand of on-the-job training.Using the questionnaire of clinical nursing teachers' on-the-job training status and needs compiled by Xiang Li as the survey tool,125 standardized nurse tutors from 5 tertiary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhengzhou were conveniently selected for questionnaire survey to obtain the relevant information about the current situation and needs of regular training instructors,so as to provide the basis for the setting of this training program.The second part:the construction and revision of the clinical teaching ability training program for standardized nurse tutors based on M-learningBased on the ability status and demand survey,combined with the results of literature review and interview analysis,the training plan for clinical teaching ability of nurse tutors was initially drafted,and an expert consultation form was formed,which was revised by two rounds of Delphi expert consultationResultsThe results of the first part:The first stage:The development of clinical teaching ability questionnaire for the nurse tutors in the training of rules.?Based on the opinions,expectations and suggestions of the standardized nurses,standardized nurse tutors and nursing managers,the four themes 22 sub themes of "teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability and teaching literacy" are extracted.The teaching design ability includes"teaching content design?teaching time allocation?teaching means design?teaching objectives design?teaching method design" The teaching implementation ability includes the ability of language expression and communication,the ability of using diversified teaching methods,the ability of teaching media selection and the ability of adjusting feedback,and the ability to inspire students' thinking ability.Teaching evaluation ability includes the ability to evaluate students' learning situation,the ability to comprehensively evaluate students and the ability to communicate with peers.teaching literacy includes the ability of humanistic care,TCM nursing thinking and Professional development,multimedia production,critical thinking,self-improvement and development,interest exploration,teaching method innovation,and Promoting teaching through research.Finally,the specific items of"teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability and teaching accomplishment" of clinical teaching ability evaluation questionnaire are added.?On the basis of literature review,interview analysis,the four dimensions of the questionnaire "teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability and teaching literacy" are preliminarily formulated,with 31 items in total?3 items were deleted and the statement of the 4 items were modified.in the expert group meeting.The questionnaire was changed from 31 items to 28 items.The evaluation of reliability and validity of the results:The Cronbach's a of the Questionnaire on clinical teaching ability of standardized nurse tutors Scales 0.966,and all the dimensions of the Cronbach's a coefficient respectively in 0.819?0.917.Guttman Split-Half coefficient is 0.932,and the split half coefficient of each dimension respectively in 0.667?0.847.The 30 people being investigated were tested when being selected and retested interval of 2 weeks.The test-retest reliability was 0.886,and each dimension measurement reliability were>0.6(P<0.05).The S-CVI of scale of the Questionnaire on clinical teaching ability was 0.95,and the content validity index of each content was more than 0.8.The results of principal component analysis and factor analysis and varimax rotation of the the Questionnaire on clinical teaching ability of standardized nurse tutors Scale select 4 factors.The cumulative variance contribution rate is 71.997%.And the confirmatory factor analysis on the Previous scale of exploratory factor analysis of four factor structure was further validated,the Questionnaire on clinical teaching ability of standardized nurse tutors of the four factor models fit fairly,all items load were greater than 0.4,all the fit indices was up to standard,fitting index ?2=664.533,?2/df=1.932,RMSEA=0.067,RMR=0.032,CFI=0.924.The second stage:the total average score of the tutor's clinical teaching ability is(3.59 ± 0.37),which is in the middle level,and the teaching literacy is lowest.The main influencing factors are tutor's education background,teaching years(P<0.05).The third stage:the current situation and demand of on-the-job training of standardized nurse tutors show that:the demand for standardized nurse tutors is strong,the need to account for 49.2%,the very need to accept the training of the 19.2%,very not need or do not need only 1.6%.And 76%of them are because of the demand of their posts and personal development.There were problems in the previous training:54.4%of the tutors said that they had not conducted training needs assessment before the training,54.4%of standardized nurse tutors not personalized assessment,standardized nurse tutors think the main problems existed in the previous training is the heavy clinical conflicts training time(69.6%),the training content lack of demand analysis,training pertinence(60.8%),training content random,no systemic(51.2%).The tutors hope that the training contents will be practical,including the training of teaching methods and communication skills(83.2%),Nursing Humanities and educational psychology(72.0%);the training forms they hope to get are informative and the training methods are diversified.It is hoped that M-learning(72%),online Platform(74.4%),discussion and experience exchange(73.6%),case analysis(72.0%),scenario simulation(59.2%)and other interactive methods will be selected as training methods;it is hoped that the source of training teachers will be enriched and the training effect will be sustained.Part II:Preliminary construction of clinical teaching ability training Program,after 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the final construction of the teaching ability training program of the standard training nurse tutor in the hospital of TCM,including training objectives,training contents,teaching hours and methods,training teachers and training effect evaluation 6 aspects;including training objectives 23 items;The training content includes five modules of teaching theory and standardized,teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and teaching literacy,104 items;and a total of 38 hours.There are 16 items for training teachers and 13 items for training effect evaluation.ConclusionBased on M-learning,this study constructs the clinical teaching ability training program for the nurse tutors in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine,which mainly includes 6 aspects:training objectives,training contents,class hours and methods,training teachers and the evaluation of the training effect.Training content includes teaching theory and specification,teaching design,teaching implementation,teaching evaluation and teaching literacy.This program is based on investing the current situation of the clinical teaching ability and the demand of on-the-job training of the tutors,combed the the results of interview analysis.it highlights the characteristics of clinical teaching ability and information technology,with strong applicability and reliability.However,it needs to be further revised and improved in the process of the implementation of the training course in the future,so as to ensure the quality and effect of the training.
