Objective:The purpose of this study is to construct a training program that conforms to the standardization of specimen collection knowledge of clinical nurses before laboratory test analysis, and to explore the training effect and improvement direction of this program. To provide help for improving the knowledge level of nurse specimen collection and improving the quality of specimen collection.Methods:1.Questionnaire: based on ISO15189(2012)Medical laboratoriesrequirements for quality and competence before the inspection procedure and the test specimen collection and transport guide, team designed "specimen knowledge and nursing personnel demand questionnaire",a level of first-class hospital in nanchang476 clinical nursing staff to investigate,To understand and analyze the knowledge of specimen collection of nurses in the previous stage, their attitude towards training and their needs.2.Delphi expert consultation method: design the training content for the CBE,ISO15189(2012)Medical laboratories-requirements for quality and competence(Medical laboratory quality and capacity requirements)before the inspection procedures,6 items of clinical inspection professional Medical quality control indicators and the test specimen collection and transport guide to test knowledge theory instruction, specimen collection status and demand survey of knowledge, combined with the nurse reference related literature,The training content of nurse specimen collection knowledge was preliminarily drawn up and determined by Delphi expert consultation.3.Implementation of training: taking clinical nurses of a class a hospital in nanchang city as the training object, taking standardized training program of specimen collection knowledge before nurse examination and analysis as the tool, the teaching mode of divided classes is adopted for training. The knowledge assessment tool was the knowledge collection knowledge cognition questionnaire for nursesdesigned in the early stage, and the nurses who completed the training course were evaluated and the training results were evaluated by self-comparison.The evaluation form of standardized training implementation process of specimen collection knowledge before examination and analysis of nurses was used as the evaluation tool for training implementation process. The nurses who participated in the class were selected as the survey objects, and the training process was evaluated on the day when the training ended.Result:1.Analysis of the knowledge of specimen collection of nurses in the previous stage: the total score of the knowledge of specimen collection of nurses in the previous stage was(7.78±2.12),and the items were all divided into(0.52±0.14),in the medium to low levels, including collection and the preparation of the patients before the knowledge level, the lowest entry are divided into(0.44±0.26),the highest is after specimen collection, preservation and delivery items are divided into(0.60±0.22).2.Analysis of the cognition, attitude and demand of nurses on the knowledge training of specimen collection in the previous stage: 74.4% of nurses think that they have a general level of knowledge, and 92% of nurses think that it is necessary to carry out the knowledge training of specimen collection before examination and analysis, and the lack of time is the main reason affecting clinical nurses to participate in the relevant training.According to the investigation and analysis of the training needs for the knowledge of specimen collection of nurses in the previous stage,69.1% of nurses believe that the knowledge of specimen collection of nurses is needed now,and 12.8% of nurses are in urgent need.3.Delphi expert consultation results: according to the reliability data analysis, the experts are well representative and authoritative.Different experts highly agree on the content of the training, and a total of 14 experts put forward specific Suggestions.According to the opinions put forward by experts, after the indicators were modified, the research team determined 5 level-1 indicators(training topics)and21 level-2 indicators(training contents).4.Specimen knowledge after the training, the nurse assessment score(8.40±2.16),entries are divided into(0.56±0.14),compared with before training, the score is higher than before the training, the difference is statistically significant(P(27)0.05),indicating that standardized training can improve the level of clinical specimen knowledge nurse, further stratified analysis shows that the low age, title nurses with different working age, department, degree of nurses knowledge level evaluation scores were improved, statistically significant difference(P(27)0.05).After the implementation of training, clinical nurses rated the training process as 3.23-4.55(on a 5-point scale),and put forward some Suggestions for the later implementation of training.Conclusion:1.The knowledge level of clinical nurses' self-assessment specimen collection is generally low,the demand is generally high, and they have high training needs and training intentions.2.Based on the current situation and demand investigation, the training content of specimen collection knowledge for nurses before examination and analysis formed by two rounds of Delphi expert consultation is scientific to a certain extent, which provides certain reference value for the implementation of the training work of clinical nurses' specimen collection knowledge before analysis.3.The effective implementation of standardized training program of specimen collection knowledge before inspection and analysis has improved the level of clinical nurses' knowledge of specimen collection, and is effective for nurses of low age,low professional title and different working years, departments and educational backgrounds.
