PurposesThrough consulting literature,cross-sectional surveys and Delphi expert consultations,a training program for oncology nurses' spiritual care ability was constructed, and the training program was applied to the training of oncology nurses' spiritual care ability. The effect of the online and offline training mode and traditional teaching methods on the spiritual nursing ability of oncology nurses is to explore the role of the teaching method of mobile intelligent platform in clinical nursing teaching under the teaching concept of "Internet + nursing".Methods1.Initially planned training program for oncology nurses' spiritual care ability:understanding the cognitive status of 363 oncology nurses on spirituality and spiritual care, attitude towards hospice care and current status of spiritual care ability, analyzing cross-sectional survey results,on the basis of consulting literature From the four aspects of training objectives, training content, training hours and training methods,a training plan for the spiritual care ability of oncology nurses was initially planned.2.Formulate a training plan for oncology nurses' spiritual care ability: In accordance with the Delphi expert communication principle,15 rounds of Delphi expert consultations were conducted on 15 experts inside and outside the province and the results of the analysis were analyzed, from the expert positive coefficient, expert authority, and expert coordination Judging the feasibility, reliability, and scientificity of the results of the inquiry with the four levels of expert opinion concentration, and further improving the training program, the final training program will be formed.3.Cultivation of oncology nurses' spiritual care ability under the teaching concept of "Internet+Nursing" :72 oncology nurses in a third-class A general hospital in a province were selected as the training objects.According to the principle of adjacent wards,it is divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 36 nurses. The control group adopts traditional teaching methods to implementface-to-face teaching. The observation group adopts the online and offline training mode based on the "Ding Ding App".Two groups of oncology nurses were evaluated respectively on their cognitive status of spiritual care, attitude towards hospice and current status of spiritual care ability, and compared the teaching effects of the two training methods to explore the teaching of mobile internet platform under the teaching concept of "Internet+nursing".The role of methods in clinical nursing teaching.Results1.Results of cross-sectional survey:363 oncology nurses had a cognitive score of(93.11±17.83)for spiritual care,an attitude score of(105.52±17.02)for hospice, and a score of(68.79±21.11))for spiritual care ability The overall level is at a moderately low level. Therefore, there is an urgent need for systematic training in the oncology nurses' spiritual care.2.Result of Delphi expert consultation: The average age of the 15 experts participating in the consultation is(45.62±5.93)years old,76.60% of them are deputy senior titles and above, and 100.00% are undergraduate and above;15 copies of each of the 2 expert consultations are issued The enquiry form was fully recovered with a recovery rate of 100.00%.15 and 6 experts in the first and second rounds of the expert inquiries form opinions respectively;the authority of the two rounds of expert inquiries were 0.884 and 0.774,The authority of the experts is high;Kendall's W in the two rounds of expert consultations is 0.327 and 0.494,indicating a high degree of coordination of expert opinions.Judging from the results of two rounds of expert consultation, the training program constructed in this study has certain feasibility, reliability and scientificity.3.Cultivation results of oncology nurses' spiritual care ability under the teaching concept of “Internet+Nursing”:(1)The final control group of 32 oncology nurses and the observation group of 36 oncology nurses completed all training courses, and the gender, age and marital status of the two groups of nurses,There is no statistically significant difference in general information such as highest educational background, professional title, job title, length of work, teaching status, whether they are religious believers, whether they have received spiritual care education or related training(P>0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups of oncology nurses before training:the two groups of oncology nurses' cognitive scores on spiritual care(t=-0.916,P=0.376),the scores on hospice care attitudes(t=-0.352,P=0.726)Compared with the score of spiritual care ability(t=-0.078,P=0.095),there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(3)Comparison between the two groups of oncology nurses after training: the total score of the scale of cognitive care, the scale of hospice of care and the scale of spiritual care ability of the observation group after training are different from the control group Significant(t=21.604,P<0.05),(t=28.825,P<0.05),(t=11.162,P<0.05),statistically significant(P<0.05),and the training effect of the observation group was better than Control group.(4)Comparison of the effects of the two groups of oncology nurses before and after training in their own groups: the total scores of the scales of the cognitive care, hospice care and spiritual care ability of the control group and the observation group after training were significantly higher than before the training, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionsOncology nurses' knowledge of spiritual and spiritual care, attitude towards hospice, and spiritual care ability are at a moderately low level, and systematic training is needed to improve their spiritual care ability. The oncology nurses' spiritual care training program constructed in this project has certain feasibility, effectiveness, and practicality. This training program can strengthen the oncology nurses' awareness of spirituality and spiritual care, and significantly improve their attitudes towards hospice care.Improve its spiritual care ability. The online combined offline training mode based on the teaching concept of "Internet + Nursing" plays an important role in clinical nursing teaching.Compared with traditional teaching methods,it can meet the diverse learning needs of oncology nurses and can train those that meet the needs of teaching development.Professional talents are an efficient and convenient means of training and learning for clinical nurses.
