Analysis Of Influencing Factors On The Cognition Of Nurse-Patient Relationship In A 3A Hospital In Jilin City

Objective: To investigate the current situation of nurses and patients' cognition of nurse-patient relationship in a 3A Hospital in Jilin City,analyze the influencing factors of nurses and patients' cognition of nurse-patient relationship,and provide reference for improving the cognition level of nurses and patients on nurse-patient relationship and building a good nurse-patient relationship.Methods: 228 nurses and 228 hospitalized patients from a 3A Hospital in Jilin City were selected as the survey objects,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.The questionnaire is divided into three types: nurses' basic situation questionnaire,patients' basic situation questionnaire and nurse-patient relationship cognition questionnaire,of which nurse-patient relationship cognition questionnaire is shared by nurses and patients.After the investigation was completed,IBM spss19.0 was used for analysis.Independent sample T test was carried out in accordance with normal distribution,and Mann-WhitneyU test was carried out in non-parametric test in case of non-compliance with normal distribution.The independent sample T test or Mann-WhitneyU test was used for the two grouped variables in the group,and the one-way ANOVA or Kruskal-Wallis H test was used for the multi-grouped variables.The personal information of nurses and patients was analyzed by stepwise regression method.Results:1.228 nurses and 228 patients were investigated.212 questionnaires and 208 questionnaires were collected.The recovery rates were 92.98% and 91.23% respectively.2.Result of nurse-patient relationship cognition score: the total average score of nurses was(3.74 0.22),higher than the total average score of patients(3.40 0.24);The scores of nurse factor,patient factor and management factor for nurse's angle were(4.18 0.34),(3.710.40)and(4.02 0.39)respectively,which were higher than(3.97 0.33),(3.33 0.32)and(3.010.41)respectively for patient's angle.The social factor score of nurses' angle was(2.08 0.39),lower than that of patients' angle(2.46 0.42),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Influencing factors: The factors that affect nurses' cognition of nurse-patient relationship include marital status,economic income,family relationship,age,average number of night shifts per month,educational level,etc.The factors that affect the cognition of nurse-patient relationship include family relationship,religious belief,personality and children's status.Conclusion:1.On the whole,the cognition level of nurse patient relationship is higher than that of patients.2.Marital status,economic income,family relationship,age,average number of night shifts per month,and education level affect nurses' cognition of nurse-patient relationship;family relationship,religious belief,personality and children's status affect patients' cognition of nurse-patient relationship.3.Strengthening life care,increasing economic income,comprehensive ability training,improving internal management and establishing emotional catharsis can improve the cognitive level of nurse patient relationship between nurses and patients.
