ObjectivesThis study investigates and analyzes the current status and main influencing factors of the trust degree of nurse-patient relationship of inpatients in oncology department, and explores the correlation between the trust degree of nurse-patient relationship of tumor patients and living function indicators, and the perceived humanistic care behavior of nurses.Nursing staff and nursing managers have formulated specific coping strategies to improve the trust level of the relationship between nurses and patients, and improve the treatment compliance of cancer patients.MethodsIn this study,a convenient sampling method was used. From December 2018 to August 2019,216 cancer patients were hospitalized at a tumor hospital in Zhengzhou.A cross-sectional survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire for cancer patients, the trustpatient relationship trust scale(NPTS),the cancer patient's living function index(FLIC),and the nurse care behavior scale(CBI).In this study,Epidata3.1 was used to input the data, and SPSS22.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis on the data. The test level was ?=0.05.The measurement data is expressed by mean±standard deviation, and the count data is expressed by frequency and percentage. For comparison between groups, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used.Pearson correlation analysis was used to discuss correlations, and multiple linear regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis.Results1.Current status of trust between nurses and patients in inpatients in oncologyThe total trust degree of nurse-patient relationship among 216 inpatients in the oncology department investigated in this study was(41.03±5.81)points,accounting for 85.48% of the total score. The comparison of the average score of each dimension of the nurse-patient relationship trust degree was the highest in the ability and reassurance dimensions, followed by the attitude and care dimension, and in the comparison of the various items, the "I rest assured nurse to my care" item was found to have the highest score, which was(3.65±0.52)minutes.2.Single factor analysis of trust degree of nurse-patient relationship for inpatients in oncology departmentThe patient's age, education, monthly family income, economic burden, pain score, number of years of illness, and level of trust in the relationship between nurses and patients also differed(P<0.05).Among them, the age was greater than 60,the college degree or above, and the financial burden Patients with severe pain, higher pain scores, and more than 8 years of illness had the highest level of trust in the relationship between nurses and patients.3.Living function indicators of hospitalized patients in oncology and the status of humanistic care behaviors of nursesThe scores of life function indexes of inpatients in oncology were(97.78±22.15)points;the scores of physical fitness and ability dimension items in the five dimensions of life function indexes were(42.53±10.25)points,and the scores of psychologically good dimension were(31.58±6.15)The score for the difficult dimension due to cancer is(13.19±3.72),the score for the social good dimension is(5.44±3.54),and the score for the nausea dimension is(5.06±3.19).The average nursing care behaviors of hospitalized patients in oncology department were divided into(111.58±21.17)points;the average support and assurance dimension scores of the four dimensions of the Nurses Care Behavior Scale were(39.71±6.31)points,and the average dimensions of respect and contact with patients The score is(28.65±4.98)points,and the average score of the knowledge and skill dimension is(22.37±5.50)points.4.Correlation of trust between nurse-patient relationship with inpatients in oncology, life function indicators, and perceived care behaviors of nursesThe total score of trust degree and the score of each dimension of the relationship between nurses and patients in oncology patients were significantly positively correlated with the total score of life function indicators and the score of each dimension(P<0.05).The higher the index of life function of inpatients in oncology, the trust in nurses The higher it is,it is significantly positively correlated with the total scores of nurse care behaviors and the scores of all dimensions(P<0.05).The higher the nurse care behavior scores, the higher the trust in nurses.5.Multi-factor analysis of trust between nurses and patients in inpatients in oncologyFrom the results of multiple linear regression analysis, age, education, financial burden, pain score, number of years of illness, life function indicators, and nurses' humanistic care behaviors were the main influencing factors of trust in the relationship between nurses and patients in inpatients in oncology department(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe level of trust in nurse-patient relationship among hospitalized patients in oncology department was high.At the same time, the age, education, financial burden, pain score, and number of years of illness of the cancer patients were the main influencing factors that affected the level of trust;and they were positively correlated with the life function indicators of the cancer patients and the perceived humanistic care behavior of nurses.
