Clinical Effect Of Clearing Away Heat And Eliminating Dam Pness In Treating Large Intestine Wet-heat Type Ulcerative Colitis Observation And Effects On IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α In Serum

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of this method in treating patients with Ulcerative Colitis of Large Intestine Damp-Heat Type by Clearing Heat,Removing Dampness and Promoting Lung,observing the changes of IL-4、IL-10 and TNF-αin Serum,and analyzing the rationality and effectiveness of the theory of treating UC with Lung And Large Intestine in order to give full play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating UC.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,90 of the UC patients who met the requirements of this study were selected from the Anorectal Department of The First Affiliated Hospital Of Anhui University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were divided into control group,treatment group 1 and treatment group 2 according to the random digital table method.The course of treatment was 6 weeks,and the total score of TCM Syndrome before and after treatment,Southerland Disease Activity Index(DAI)were observed and recorded in 3 groups of patients before and after treatment.Score,Mucosal Mirror Score,and changes in Serum IL-4,IL-10,TNF-αcontent,comprehensive evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results:(1)Compared with Pre-Treatment,the total TCM Syndrome score,Southerland Disease Activity Index(DAI)score,Mucosal Mirror Image Score and Serum TNF-α content were significantly decreased in the 3 groups after 6 weeks of treatment(p <0.05),and the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in Serum were significantly increased(p<0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in total TCM Syndrome Score,Southerland Disease Activity Index(DAI)Score,Mucosal Mirror Image Score and Serum IL-4,IL-10 and TNF-αlevels among the three groups(P<0.05).(3)The treatment group was better than the control group,and the treatment group 2 was better than the treatment group 1(P <0.05).(4)During the treatment,there were 1 cases of ausea and discomfort in the control group,1 case of flatulence,and no adverse reactions in the treatment group 1 and 2.Conclusion:(1)The method of Clearing Away Heat And Removing Dampness And Promoting Lung can obviously improve the symptoms and clinical effect of UC patients.(2)It is reasonable and effective to use the theory of "Lung And Large Intestine Phase Table" to treat UC.(3)The mechanism of treating UC by Clearing Away Heat and Removing Dampness may be related to the improvement of Cytokine IL-4 and IL-10 levels and the reduction of TNF-αlevels.
