Self-made Clearing And Dispersing Enema For The Treatment Of Large Intestine Damp Heat Therapeutic Effect Of Ulcerative Colitis

Objective To observe the overall efficacy,syndrome effect,mucosal lesions and recurrence of 8 months after discontinuation of the treatment of large intestine damp heat type ulcerative colitis,and evaluate its effectiveness,safety and advantages.Methods Sixty patients with ulcerative colitis who met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Integrative Medicine,Inner Mongolia People’s Hospital Integrated Medicine from December 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled.Patients enrolled in the study were randomly divided into treatment groups 30 cases of self-made clearing and dispersing enema and 30 cases of the control group(Mesalazine enema enema),the two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After two courses of treatment,the overall efficacy,syndrome effect and mucosal lesions of the two groups were compared,and follow-up of patients with recurrence after 8 weeks of withdrawal.Results 1.There was no significant difference in the overall efficacy between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05),suggesting that the short-term effects of the two treatment regimens were comparable.2.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups was higher in the treatment group(96.67%)than in the control group(86.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups of mucosal lesions was higher in the treatment group(96.67%)than in the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The recurrence of the treatment group and the control group after 8 weeks of withdrawal,the recurrence rate of the treatment group(3.57%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(24.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made clearing and dispersing enema and mesalazine enema enema for the treatment of large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative colitis are effective,and the short-term effect is equivalent,and in the improvement of TCM syndromes and mucosal lesions,the effect of self-made clearing and dispersing enema is better than mesalazine enema enema.The recurrence rate of self-made clearing and dispersing enema in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative colitis is lower than that of mesalazine enema.The former has better long-term effect.Self-made clearing and dispersing enema for the treatment of large intestine damp-heat type ulcerative colitis is safe and effective,and has the advantages of low price and small side effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
