1 BackgroundThe large-scale training of nursing students in higher vocational colleges guarantees the quality of personnel training. It is of great practical significance for the nursing students with professional qualities to provide high-quality nursing services for the society in the future. However,The US survey shows that nearly 50%of medical students have learning burnout.Domestic surveys also found that the current high school nursing students' learning burnout rate is as high as 30.24%,learning burnout is at a medium level, and learning burnout seriously affects the construction of nursing talents. The lack of interest of college students in their majors is the main reason for students' learning burnout.Foreign studies have shown that the more positive the professional attitude is,the more beneficial it is to promote the learning process, and the more willing to acquire professional knowledge. Then,Nursing students have learning burnout, and they are not willing to acquire professional knowledge, whether it is related to the professional attitude of nursing students, and whether professional attitude will affect learning burnout, which needs further confirmation.Academic self-efficacy is the application of self-efficacy in learning. It refers to the individual's confidence in their ability to complete their academic tasks.High academic self-efficacy can effectively improve students' academic performance, enhance their motivation, and increase their interest in the majors they study. However, whether academic self-efficacy may be a mediator between professional attitude and learning burnout, whether academic self-efficacy can buffer or regulate the learning burnout caused by professional attitude needs further confirmation.2 ObjectivesThe purpose of this study is to analyze the professional attitudes, academic self-efficacy and learning burnout of vocational nursing students, and to analyze the factors affecting the professional attitude, academic medical college was selected as the research object.Inclusion criteria:Three-year higher vocational students in full-time nursing profession;informed and agreed to participate in this survey.Exclusion self-designed demographic sociology data questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Nursing Professional Student Professional Attitude Scale(IPASN),the academic self-efficacy scale and the college student learning burnout scale. The database was built and analyzed with SPSS20.0 and AMOS23.0 software. The count data was described by frequency and composition ratio, and the measurement data obeyed the normal distribution using mean±standard deviation description. The sociological data of different populations used the t-test and one-way analysis of variance for the single factor analysis of professional attitude, academic self-efficacy and learning burnout of higher vocational nursing students. The sociological data of different populations gave professional attitude and academic self-efficacy to higher vocational nursing students.Multivariate analysis of learning burnout was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The correlation between professional
