In recent years,the proportion of nurse and patient in China is seriously out of balance,and nursing professionals are in a state of absence for a long time.In such an environment,China has launched a series of policies focusing on vocational education.However,in the secondary vocational nursing major,students still show the negative learning mood of most secondary vocational students,which has a lot to do with the professional identity of secondary vocational nursing major students.The values of secondary vocational nursing students are closely related to the professional identity of nursing.The reality also confirms this point,a large number of nursing students give up nursing work after graduation,which undoubtedly aggravates the current situation of the shortage of nurses(especially grassroots nursing workers)in our country,affecting the development of the nursing industry.In order to stimulate the learning motivation of secondary vocational nursing students,strengthen their professional faith,and improve the employment rate and quality of secondary vocational nursing students in the nursing industry after graduation,This study took professional identity as the breakthrough point to explore the relationship between the values,professional identity and learning motivation of nursing students in secondary vocational schools.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of 416 students in mudanjiang health school in heilongjiang province,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)There were significant differences in the values of secondary vocational nursing students in terms of gender,one-child status,registered permanent residence status and educational background,and no significant differences in class cadre status or scholarship status.(2)There were significant differences in professional identity among nursing students in secondary vocational schools in terms of whether they were only children,whether they were registered permanent residence or not,and whether they were awarded scholarships.There were no significant differences in gender,grade,and class work.(3)There was a positive correlation between the learning motivation,values and the total score of professional identity of nursing students in secondary vocational schools,and there was a significant correlation between the total score of values and the total score of professional identity.There is a negative correlation between the total score of learning motivation and the total score of values.There is a weak correlation between learning motivation and professional identity.(4)There is a positive correlation between the learning motivation,values and the total score of professional identity of middle school nursing students,and the total value score is significantly related to the total score of professional identity.There is a significant negative correlation between the total score of learning motivation and the total score of values.There is a weak correlation between learning motivation and professional identity.(5)The total score of nursing students' learning motivation increased with the increase of students' values,and the total score of learning motivation also increased with the increase of students' professional identity.Values and professional identity have positive predictive effect on learning motivation.
