Objectives:To understand the status of professional identity and learning burnout of vocational nursing students in Jiangsu area. Analysis on the influencing factors of vocational identity and learning burnout of vocational nursing students in Jiangsu. To clarify the relationship between professional identity and learning burnout of vocational nursing students in Jiangsu area.Methods:In this study, we choose the convenience sampling method, select the nursing students in three vocational colleges in Jiangsu area, which are selected in Jiangsu Province, North Jiangsu and South of Jiangsu area as the research objects. As a research tool, the questionnaire consists of 3 parts, namely, general demographic data, occupational identity scale, college students’ learning burnout inventory. A total of 240 questionnaires were issued,210 were recovered, and the data were collected and analyzed by spss19.0 statistical software.Results:1. Vocational college nursing students’professional identity in Jiangsu is 24.61+5.014, three vocational colleges score difference is not big, the Soviet Union, North Jiangsu area colleges and universities score slightly higher than the South of Jiangsu area colleges and universities. Professional identity of nursing students in the gender of this variable, the professional identity of nursing students professional identity difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); In the grade of this variable, whether it is the only child of this variable, the difference was statistically significant; In whether the class or student will work on this variable, the difference was statistically significant; the difference in the mother’s education level has statistical significance. There were no significant differences in the other 7 items. Male nursing students’ professional identity scores are generally lower than the female nursing students. Junior grade two nursing students are lower than the grade three nursing students, college grade three nursing students’ professional identity score is lower than the first grade nursing students. Students who do not work in the class will have a lower score than the students who work in the class. The level of education of the mother of the child’s professional identity scores, the lower the rest of the level, the lower the score of professional identity.2.The learning burnout of Higher Vocational College Students in Jiangsu is 55.814+7.126, and the learning burnout of Higher Vocational College Students in Jiangsu is in the middle level. The study shows that the learning burnout of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu is more serious. Learning Burnout of nursing students in Higher Vocational College is different from that of gender, and there is statistical significance (P<0.05); Different grades of higher vocational nursing students in the sense of achievement in this dimension, the difference was statistically significant, the big three students were higher than the big two students, especially the big three students. In whether the first volunteer candidates to apply for the nursing profession, respectively, there is a significant difference in emotional depression and misconduct. High school liberal arts students and science students, there is a significant difference in behavior. The occupation of other children in the non only child family has a certain influence on the learning burnout of vocational nursing students. There are significant differences in emotional depression and improper behavior. Whether the students who are in the class or the students will be served as the students who are not in the improper behavior, low achievement and learning burnout total score there is a significant difference. The students with introverted personality, outgoing personality and a combination of students were significantly different in their emotional depression and low achievement, the total score of learning burnout. People with different income have significant difference in the sense of achievement, and the students with good family economic condition are better than the family economy and even the poor students in the sense of achievement. Parents’ education levels were significantly different in the total score of depression and low achievement and learning burnout.3. Sense of professional identity were associated with depression, misconduct and achievement exist significant negative to the relationship, namely with the identity on the career increasingly, the mood will increasingly high, behavior increasingly proper and reasonable, the feeling of accomplishment, also the higher between the three dimensions; professional identity and learning learning burnout in general, between the two has significant negative relationship.Conclusion:1.Professional identity of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu is in the middle level, Gender, grade, whether it is the only child, whether in the class or not, the mother’s cultural degree is the influence factors of nursing students’ professional identity.2.The learning burnout of Higher Vocational College Students in Jiangsu is in the middle level. Gender, grade and high school the selected professional, whether in class or student office, character, non one-child families in other children engaged in the career and family economic status and education level of parents is higher vocational nursing students’ learning burnout factors3.There was a significant negative relationship between professional identity and the three dimensions of depression, misconduct and sense of achievement, career identity and learning burnout in general, there was a significant negative relationship between the two.4.Different characteristics of vocational nursing students’ professional identity is different, it has a certain effect on the learning burnout, and the nursing educators should carry out the correct vocational education and guidance to the vocational nursing students.
