Qualitycontrol was conducted by professionals.776valid questionnaires was collected.Used Excel2007to double input the data, and SPSS19.0statistical analyse thedata. Quantitative data was described by mean and standard deviation (±S). Qualitative data was described by constituent ratio. General information and learningburnout: used two independent sample T test to compare two groups, and used singlefactor analysis of variance to compare multiple sets of information. Learning burnoutand self-efficacy, social support, life events, and professional commitment:Correlation analysis used Pearson test, and using the multivariate linear regressionmethod for regression analysis.Results(1) General situation of learning burnout: Scores of he776respondents was, emotional exhaustion dimension is12.34±3.91, learning distance dimensions is12.07±4.57, low achievement dimension is21.63±4.23, the total score is46.04±9.27.(2) Learning burnout and general information: There were no significant difference inthe dimensions of learning burnout and total score between secondary vocational nurseswith different gender, hometown, parents’ education, economic conditions(P≥0.05).There were significant difference in learning alienation and total score between differentgrade of nurses, emotional exhaustion between different profession of nurse, learningalienation and total score between one-child and multiple-child, all dimensions betweenstudents with different school records(P<0.05).(3) Correlation analysis between learning burnout and influence factors:①Self-efficacy and learning burnout: There were significant correlation betweenlearning alienation and learning ability, between low sense of achievement and learningability, learning behavior, total scores of self-efficacy, and between total scores of learningburnout and learning ability, total scores of self-efficacy.(|r|≥0.3, P<0.05);②Learning burnout and professional commitment: There were significantcorrelation between learning alienation and emotional commitment, idealcommitment, normative commitment, total scores of professional commitment, beteween low sense of achievement and emotional commitment, ideal commitment, total scores of professional commitment, and between total scores of learning burnoutand emotional commitment, ideal commitment, normative commitment, total scoresof professional commitment(|r|≥0.3, P<0.05). ③There were no significant correlation or slight correlation between learningburnout and the dimensions of life events and Social support(|r|<0.3or P≥0.05).(4) Multiple linear regression analysis between learning burnout and influence factors:①Interpersonal relationship, learning ability, learning pressure, loss factor, otherevents, punishment factor, utilization of social support and total scores of life eventsscale, social support, were important predictor variables of emotional exhaustion;②Learning ability, normative commitment, other events, learning behavior, continuing commitment, ideal commitment, emotional commitment and total scoresof self-efficacy, professional commitment, life events, were important predictorvariables of learning alienation;③Learning ability, emotional commitment and total scores of self-efficacy,professional commitment, life events, were important predictor variables of low senseof achievement;④Learning ability, other events, learning, emotional commitment, continuancecommitment, normative commitment and total scores of self-efficacy, professionalcommitment, life events, social support were important predictor variables of totalscores of learning burnout.Conclusion(1)Learning burnout of the nurse students of medium vocational school wasserious. Main show was feeling emotional exhaustion and low achievement.(2)Learning burnout was different in the student with different grade, differentprofession, one-child and multiple-child, school record.(3)Burnout Among Vocational Students Majoring in Nursing have strongcorrelation with individual factors, and the external factors of correlation is weak.(4)Learning ability, and other events, learning, emotional commitment, continuance commitment, normative commitment is is an important predictor variableof learning burnout for Vocational Students Majoring in Nursing.
